Just finished up an annual golf trip with some good buddies and ended up with this scorecard for one of the rounds.. Truly one of a kind

Wow ... followed that birdie on 9 with 5 straight 6s. Rough turn? I've personally gone 34-45 to break 80, but this is the worst I've seen.

For the first three holes of the turn I was actually hitting the ball well just had some really unfortunate circumstances, particularly on 10. Not sure what happened after that it's all a blur at this point lol

I didn't really look at the pictures.

I really didn't feel like doing math at this time.

This was a boring golf story about ups and downs followed by either victory or defeat or a revelation.

As told by the pictures of a scorecard.

That is just super.

We all value your contribution.

Just super-duper.

Looks like you started focusing on "outcome goals" instead of staying in the zone and "process goals" for each shot.

A very interesting way of wording that, what a great way to put it

Not the biggest spread I have seen between nine's but right up there.

What's the biggest spread you've seen on 9's? It's an interesting stat to me 😄

I shot 50-38.  I’m sure I felt better than you did, just because of the order.  I was all smiles. 🙃

Same here. I've had a similar sort of spread. Something like 13~14 over on the front 9, and 1 under on the second nine. That's certainly a more palatable order.

In my case, the front nine was ridiculously tight, and at the turn someone pointed out I was pointing well right of every target.

Made all the difference.

I shot 36-43 just 10 days ago. I know the 43 isn't as bad as a 50, but it felt pretty bad to me.

I shot 40, 50 at Reunion once. I was in a greenside bunker every single hole on the back 9 and short sided on almost all of them

I hooked 5 tee shots in a row into the woods on Saturday in the middle of the front 9. Started birdie bogey par, then for 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 I pull hooked my tee ball into the woods and lost it on each hole. I haven’t lost 5 balls in a round in a very long time, let alone 5 holes in a row.

as for opposite 9s, my worst was 35 front 53 back. I was quite pissed after that one.

It happens, I once went 54-35. It was my first tournament and that front 9 was like an out of body experience. The 19 stroke difference is my largest swing but I’ve had a few others that were close 36-50, 33-49, 48-34...I have days where I’m not, umm...what’s the word I’m looking for...oh, CONSISTENT. UGH😔

Oh the tale of two nines bites again. Ive had that happen to me on several occasions. Usually due to the birdie juice along with a shot of Jameson at the turn finally catching up. Next round out you will shot 50/36 and wonder even more.

Real question is….What did you drink at the turn?

The original plan was to go hard with a couple bloody mary's on vacation but after shooting even decided id go with gatorade and a 10th tee bar.

Maybe that was my problem all along....

biggest differentials 32/50, countless time with EVEN or +1 going into back 9 and couldn't break 80 at the end, not sure if it's fatigue, lose concentration or simply mental weakness when the thought of "personal best" round creeps into my mind.

Wow,  to be able to shoot 32, then come back with 50......😳

I shot 32 - 40 earlier this year, thought that was bad.  Had a career round going, then 2 three putts  in a row from long distance, never recovered...

A couple of years ago had a round with 8 birdies, still shot even......

I also shot 50/35 once. Love it when you have a terrible 9 and just say F it on the back and you somehow shoot around par
