Miura MB-101 Global Edition #1 & #2 Irons

Hi GolfWRX'ers,

 

I recently purchased a Miura #1 & #2 Iron head which I'm in the process of getting a shaft and grip put in each.

Any one else on here have the same irons. Any feedback you can give me on them from your experience?

How are your global edition  1 and 2 iron working out? I also got the same 1-iron and in the same position as you were.

Are they different from rest of your MB-101 (non-global)?

Sort of off topic for the thread but can you comment on what your bag looks like when you game these? Do you go Driver, 1 - PW, GW, SW, and Putter?

My plan is to swap one long iron for a hybrid maybe a 3i for a hybrid. But otherwise yes, Driver, 1 - PW, GW, SW, and Putter is the plan.

So I have the MB 101 2 iron but it is not the global edition. Its everything you could want and more! Love to hit it because it is fun to work ball striking with! Use the Srixon ZX 2 iron for normal play but love the MB!

I don’t have the MB-101’s but I do have baby blade 1 & 2 irons. Fantastic sticks! At some point I’ll probably be forced to relent and go with high lofted woods and/or hybrids but, for now, give me a long iron.

Beautiful clubs though (and super rare these days). I'd just hang it on the wall as art.

All kidding aside, the MB-101  1-iron and 2-iron are the most used and most enjoyed clubs in my bag at this point in time.

When I was contemplating this decidedly expensive purchase, I was unsure and felt it would be a huge waste of money but in reality, for me, it has been the opposite.
