Fantastic troll job

I’m thinking that’s the case.  In other threads he’s indicated he’s living within about 30 minutes of Olney, MD. Golf short game coach  is thereabouts and he gets home in about 1/2 hour. Says he plays 4 days a week with #1 player on college team on courses spread over northern VA. Also stated he played the #1 or 2 ? position on a D1 college team. Geographically that strongly suggests George Mason University. The men’s tennis roster is easily accessible. I can’t find a player that is 5’ 11” and around 180 pounds, is 19 years old and plays 1 or 2 on the men’s team. I could be wrong in my deductions. And would gladly admit I was wrong if so proven.

6 miles a day?

You do that at Bandon and they laugh you off the Resort.

It was the practice round and the four days of the tournament.  Some were 5.3, lol I just rounded. I don’t get the reference. Lol if they do oh well 🤷🏻‍♂️👍🏻

Bandon is walking only. It is routine, weather permitting, for golfer's to walk 36 a day for 2, 3, 4, 5 days.  Even more in the summer months.   16 to 17 miles a day.

No offense to OP but...this is the lamest thread I've ever seen on here. If your mother is the Holy Grail of all things nutrition, why are you asking (what I assume to be) a bunch of overweight middle-aged men?

Also, it's just lame to talk about your food that much. It's like crossfit and being vegan, it's fine if you do it but just shut up about it.

Hey, speak for yourself. Sure I'm overweight, but I'm 63. Most people don't live to be 126...

Plot twist, his father is actually the author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Your parents aren’t doing you any favors.  Someday you’ll need to learn to fend for yourself, and it’s clear that at 19, you’re a good 5 years behind your peers.

not being an Word not allowed, but it’s scary how unprepared for your actual life you must be.  Sadly, it’s not your fault.

Good luck to you, I hope your dreams all come true!

it is not GMU.  I had a much higher GPA and SAT score to attend GMU.  It is not George Washington either because the tennis program got cancelled after 2021 season.

It is one of the schools a few hours drive from Northern Virginia.

Those pictures were taken when I was at school, living in an off campus apartment.

George Mason has a max GPA and SAT? Obviously you're not an English major. Is your school of choice a secret?

This thread is trollbait.

But, I'll leave this here. What works for someone, might not work for someone else in terms of diet. No one should follow this without understanding if they, themselves, are sensitive to some foods. I found out recently that cheese, almonds, and a few other foods don't agree with me and I've removed them from my diet. I'm for the better on it.

I recommend eating simple whole foods. Rice, beef, spinach, etc. It works. It's called Vertical Diet.

My diet plans for my client are based off whole foods and minimal processed junk.  Also, dieting is all about two things.  Insulin manipulation and calories in and out.  There are several different ways/diets to get there, but it all comes down to those two factors.

I am half white and half Asian so academic is very important to my family especially my mother who is Asian.  Scored 1580 on the SAT with 4.1 weighted GPA so there is no reason for me to attend George Mason when I can attend better school.

Why would I want to major in English, without major job prospect for those liberal art degrees.  I major in finance with emphasis in Information Systems.  There is a high demand for that field, and with my father's connection, I'll be on my merry way for a good paying job after graduation.

Of course academics is important to your mother.  I'm full Korean and I was raised the same way.  I wish you the best, kid when life hits you like a s*** ton of bricks later on.

That’s more fruit in one day than I eat in a year! (Not counting the muddled orange in my vodka). My sister has a degree in nutrition- she lost weight by fasting. I just don’t believe in eating that often. You need energy to find food, not by eating food. Just looks like way too much sugar for my blood (pun intended) regardless of the sources.

Good luck either way.
