Tsi fairway guys...

Tested tsi2 and 3 today against my 17m2. Both produced basically the same ballspeed numbers very similar launch/ spin numbers as my 17m2. 

 

Tsi3 was better performing for me. Launched a touch higher. I had both tsi2&3 set to d1. 

 

While tsi3 was better than tsi2 by a very marginal amount, I got a couple of shots that started left and went left. I don't hit that shot, ever, with my 17m2. Does that shot come up for you guys?

Not particularly but I also play my TSI 2 at B1

I play my TSi3 at C1 (lofted down and flat lie) and don’t hit the hook with it. I also have the weight out in the toe. I had a TSi2 4 wood and hooked that one off the planet, so it’s gone 😂

I didn't hook the tsi2 but dispersion was worse than tsi2 except for those occasional hooks. I hit ball after ball in the same spot with tsi3 and about every 9thbor 10th ball...hook. then many more straight ones....then hook. Hit about 3 of them in 25 or so balls. Every other one was really solid. 

 

I was impressed, but those hooks scare me a little.

Oh duh, geez I didnt even think about the tsi3 having the moveable weight lol. But I mean worst case scenerio could always find a guy who hotmelts and put a little tour sauce in the toe 😉

I tried the weight in the toe. It did what I thought it would do based on trying toe weighting in other non-driver clubs before...more consistent hooks. Don't know why, but when I toe weight a 3wood or hybrid, I hook it more often.

Maybe silly, but what happens when you put the weight to the other side?

Didn't try it today. I don't know that I've ever tried.
