Tour New 2021 Titleist irons (Updated w/ Links to in-hand photos)

Interesting.  I just saw the in hand pics of T100, and don't see any polymer slot under the muscle, on any long irons like the T100s.  (kind of like the MP53 slot, but filled in.) 

I assume that means the T100s this year is not just a stronger loft, but gets more ball speed and sit somewhere in between the T100s and T200 from last year.

Guess I’m in the minority of liking the looks of my previous Gen t100S here. The t200 looks great though.

If you guys can't understand all these clubs are "similar" designs you need to step back and start seeing the forest for the trees.

So is this (at least, that's the design language, obviously as a hollow iron, its not actually a muscle back)

Again, whatever.  For the longest time there were basically three shapes of clubheads; blades, musclebacks and cavity backs.  Everything else is just window dressing.  The new hollow designs allow designers to engineer one thing on the inside (i.e. a cavity back) while making the club look like something else from the outside (i.e. a blade or muscle back).

Having owned 3 sets of ap2’s I’ve always thought they did a really good job with them but these t100’s might be the worst looking iron they’ve made in 15 years. The transition from muscle to cavity looks awkward and unfinished. On top of that the leading edge everyone raved about appears to be no more. Weird. Did so well with the tsi like then this is a step back to me. My .02
