I would love to see Scott Fawcett caddie an event for Rory. Yes, he's got execution issues with the wedges, but he short sides himself over and over again.

Anyone with any smarts would do a better job than Harry. I get that it’s his friend, he feels comfortable around the course with him, etc, etc but can you imagine if Rory had someone who had been there, done that in caddie circles. I can’t think at all that he would make as many brain dead mistakes as he does.

You’re spouting off about how Bryson is the best. I’m giving you numbers that prove he isn’t. Your superficial opinions aren’t supported by any statistics. I’m giving you statistics that say Rory, Dustin and Wolff are not only as long or longer than Bryson but also better than Bryson at using that distance to improve their golf game.

 

My original point that started this was that I’m tired of announcers raving about Bryson’s distance. Well, I think I’ve supported my point with statistics well enough that you’re just talking to yourself now.

Colins caddies biggest fear must be giving him a bad yardage.  Because he knows that if he does he will be exposed. That kid isn’t going to miss one often enough to hide it . He’s just on at the moment !

Random thoughts because it is really early here:

 

1. Was up at 4AM, very groggy still, but I swear I saw someone (Justin Thomas?) wearing a hoodie. What is that - gangsta golf? Have dress codes relaxed that much? Seemed a tad out of place.

 

2. Is it just me, or does it seem like the guy that does the voice-over in the PXG commercials had, like, waaaay too much coffee before recording?

He definitely did have a hoodie on. There have been a few spotted beyond that.

ABSOLUTELY nowhere did I say "Bryson was the best." I was VERY specific in my words. Bryson can take lines nobody else can take, PERIOD. He hits it higher, and carries it further, than anybody else on tour. You're rambling on, moving the goalposts, for whatever reason, dislike of Bryson?, to support an argument that in no way, shape, or form has any relevance to what I wrote.
