Scotty Cameron Custom Shop - Weights

If I send my Scotty in for customization and request a weight change, will they return the existing weights when the putter is completed?  I'd like to try a heavier weight but want the ability to put the older (lighter) ones back in if I don't like the feel.

Yes they will send them back to you but just to be safe take them out simply send the putter in with empty weight ports & you keep your weights tucked away in a safe place at home.

yeah they will send them back in a little envelope. I let them take them out in case I scratch the putter doing it! LOL
