Do you have any details on the setup ?  Even if it’s just shaft tip trim etc. I’m guessing it has to be tipped near 3 inches ?  Just  doing the math to keep the butt trim short enough to have the handle diameter stay large enough to use.

Thanks , let’s ask him !  @JohnnyCallaway  any insight you can give on the shaft setup ?  Tip trim total length etc. is this shimmed or a .335 hybrid hosel ?    Any info is always appreciated, and I understand  you can’t always give it up.

Phil was using it in a hybrid with Ventus during the Match... hit some nice shots too.

 Phil's new utility has a Venus Red 9x playing @ 41.5" D5 swing weight.

Thanks. What I’m really most curious about is how much they tipped the fairway shaft to work with the hybrid.  Or maybe another question is how much does the head weigh to be able to make the fairway shaft work ? 3-5 woods are usually 9-10 grams or so heavier Than a driver head.  I’d suspect a hybrid head is lighter than a fairway head. So I’d guess a perfect combo of tip trim and head weight added needed to be achieved to make it work.   As in some trial and error.  I’m not questioning that it works , I want the recipe ! 😂

Very interested to know the tipping required to get it to fit .370 adapter.  I have a Red9x that's already tipped 1.5" staring at me!
