I don’t think it’s as bad as it looks in the down the line photo. I still can’t touch player’s clubs so the caddy leaned it against the bag and I got the best I could

 

notice all the forward shaft lean?

To my untrained eye, top line looks pretty close to Miz. HMB. Here is my HMB 3i next to the new T200.

I’m guessing only the 7-4 are going to be filled. Could be wrong, but I’ve seen the “black dot” in some pictures and not in others.

I’d be willing to bet the hole gets moved to the toe for the production heads. Similar to where it is on the U Series utility irons.

Absolutely. It’s def a guess. Just don’t see Titleist being happy with the hole on the back of the heads.

I'm going to bet that it has a lot to do with internal weighting. There may just not be room above the toe weight to get hot melt to the middle of the club? The new T200 is a lot thinner, high in the blade, than the U-series irons, making it feasible to get hot melt anywhere in the U's from the toe, but not so in the T200. Just a guess.

The one I saw in person was like the instagram post by Titleist attached.  I'm guessing that's the retail version and CHIII's may be a proto, but we'll see... 🙂

I can see why a lot of players are using the 4 and 5 irons. Bulky yet playable, not fat and crazy.

Looks a little chunkie to me. Topline looks to be thick but I guess I could get used to it. 

They still look pretty though. 

 

I need to see the 5-PW or at least specs on them.

Also is the back actually metal? One poster posted his current T200 and the paint chipped off and what was below it sure wasn't metal.

That looks like a more lofted iron 8-9 or PW and probably not a glue port needed in the short irons

6-9 - T100

PW - SM* (Whatever the new wedge is!)

I’d wager a scheckle that the non Tour issue version doesn’t have a hot melt port anywhere.
