Oh, you were thinking top 10.  No, we're not there yet.  Slowly building up to that,....at some point

I'm 2nd to last in the LPGA contest, I need any and every single minutae of a point I can get... T10 > T15 for Su - don't care if it wasn't fair that she's 5-6 holes vs others hadnt played 😛

I've seen some of @18majors math skills, you may want to recheck those scores. 😉

The scores from this morning were tossed, and the 54 holes scores are official I believe.

Well, that's a bummer, but not unexpected. With a Wednesday start for the Dow, there was no way they were going to extend it to a Monday finish.

Congrats to Nasa. I picked her to win at the KPMG two weeks ago, so I was off a bit. Incredible display of ballstriking this week.

Great finish for Elizabeth, Mina, and Esther.

Another top 10 for Yuka. Not bad for three starts this year.

Decent title defense by Danielle with a T9.

An odd situation to play a full round on tour and have it count for nothing.  When was the last time that happened?

It's been a while. The 2018 VoA was shortened to 36 holes, but I don't believe they canceled the final round. The first round scores were tossed for 34 players who completed a few holes, and the round was restarted on Friday.

I believe there was a round that was restarted with the existing holes tossed a while back. Edit: Yes, the infamous 2017 Evian. The tournament was shortened to 54 holes, and the Thursday scores were wiped out.

LPGA I dunno, but the Players with Hideki leading after 1 round last year, that I recall cancelled one round of play...

have been rooting for Hideki since 2013  and was pissed it was cancelled due to the pandemic (he was leading after round 1)... (Winning the masters erased the frustration of that Players 2020 and 2017 PGA Championship haha)

When I started walking scorer duties this morning it was raining and it never quit. When they called us off the course, only the leaders hadn't posted a single score. Not sure if they teed off  on #1 and had to mark. My group (Inbee) finished 6 holes and handled the conditions well. Inbee was -2 already. Hubby's group (Altomare) did NOT handle them as well he said. Altomare was +3 after 6 holes. I do recall some highlights on the leaderboard at the time: Ernst got herself to T2, Matilda was -1 for the day after 4 holes, Esther was +1 for the day. We'll never know how Nasa would have handled it. Friday and Saturday were perfect days here in Toledo. We played 9 yesterday evening then wandered around Perrysburg. Had a yummy martini at the Rose & Thistle. I'll be back during Solheim!

I am very happy for Gerina getting a Top 10 this week. Wondering if the purse will be reduced. Anyone know?

I don't believe they'll reduce the purse. The 2018 VoA was shortened to 2 rounds, and the payout was the same as the previous and following year.

If it is then Su is T15 not T10... it is what it is... I'll take whatever points haha

I was wondering why Kelly Tan couldn't have the same good fortune as Yealimi Noh!

Anyway, congratulations to Su for a great tournament!

In the end I think it all evens out... at least in the PGA, I recall 2 examples: Hideki with his Masters (after leading round 1 in the players only for it to be cancelled) and, Jon Rahm (self explanatory)...

Actually, it has happened many times before.

Stacey Lewis won Arkansas after one round, Sung Hun Park won VOA after two rounds, Adam Scotts won in California after two rounds; the list goes on and on.

But this is a fact; unexpected good fortunes rarely happen to great people like Kelly, Su or Bianca.

The event Adam Scott won after 2 rounds at Riviera is not counted as an official PGA Tour win.

Nasa's official money was $670,648 last week, and it's been updated to $970,648 at lpga.com.

She's been awarded with the full $300,000 first place prize.
