Tough to call because the bounces are different. The X is probably closest grind wise, maybe slightly more relief but has less bounce. The C grind isn't quite as aggressive on the relief as the M grind and has slightly more bounce. So there is no real apples to apples.

So am I right in thinking there are only 6 unique wedge heads in the T22 lineup? 46/06 S grind, 51/08 S, 56/14 S, 56/10 D, 58/08 C, 60/06 X. Everything else is bent strong or weak and rebadged? Would make sense. Forging is expensive and it would cut down on cost to have as few unique heads as possible.

I noticed that as well looking at the bounce changes across lofts. I haven't seen anything that would officially confirm as much though.

The specs are available here (scroll to the bottom of the page). Not sure if that confirms your theory or not.

I believe this has been happening for a while. I know the T7 and T 20 had the same idea going on. I Believe the T5 and S series as well. Pretty much any wedge that had an inserted badge rather then stamped

Really dislike the aesthetics on these. And they don't match the design of the Mizuno Pro series that's coming. I don't get it. These look busy and cheap.

I have them in my hands, the graphics as such seem pretty small when playing them. They angle things so the graphics are kind of hidden. No kidding. And I don't even notice any of that at address.😘

Does the s grind seem comparable to the vokey f grind or k grind?

The Mizuno S Grind is more like the Vokey S Grind as it slims towards the heel.  But I think the new Vokey SM8 S Grind may be slimmer towards the toe. The Mizuno S Grind is more like the original Vokey S Grind but not exactly. Has a little grind at the end of the toe, then becomes more full and slims a bit towards the heel. I like the 50-07 on full shots and around the green. It is versatile.

I find the 50 S Grind a precise  tool- holed out from 20 yrd off the green with my first shot with it. Became a favorite ..

Why not ask them? Good question, I should have asked Vosh while playing 3 rounds with him. He is an excellent stick.

It's not the X. The X is very low bounce with lots of grinding. My 58-08 is the C Grind in the T22 Copper and I can do anything with it - bunker, flops, tight lies. The Titleist M, from looking at the Titleist Site is similar to the 58-08 C. I just can't tell the width of the M - it may be like the D Grind.

The D Grind - I am looking at it in my hands as I type, has a slightly wider sole than the 58-08 C -  similar grind with a bit more sole surface. I have the 54-08. Hope that helps.

Thats badass you were able to get out with Vosh. What set-up did you end up with?

Anyone know yet if the stock shaft is a TI ‘wedge’ or s400? Carl’s custom tool isn’t clear especially with all the t20s coming with s400s..

T22 Copper -

50-07 S Grind

54-08 D Grind

58-08 C Grind

Nippon 105 S Iron Shaft

D Grind looks like a C Grind but with a slightly wider sole.

Low to mid bounce based on previous fittings because I give the grass or top soil a haircut when swinging well - swing with width.

WTF is happening with pricing? They jacked up the price by quite a bit...

Will cost more than a Vokey or Zipcore or did I hear the pricing wrongly?

$159?  Shop around - there are places that will give you better than a retail price. But warning - the pricing of all clubs will see an increase. The price of steel has doubled over last 2 yrs. Other components have increased. It's the reality.

Yeah I thought it was officially priced at $159 but one of the stores quoted $205 / wedge for pre-order. Perhaps time to shop elsewhere.
