It's how they operate with newer lines. They get priority, everything else sprinkled in based on order date. Gen4 hybrid ordered 10pm Sunday, built yesterday with delivery expected Friday.

My experience is Gen 4 is priority and built, shipped ASAP.  0211 was quoted as 3 weeks but some people here say they have received them sooner.

I ordered the Gen 4 driver last night and they were building it today.

I ordered Gen 2 irons on 7/2 and they shipped today. Pretty much in line with what their site used to quote. Gen 4 is shipped like in 2 days and other items 12-14 days. Assuming business days.

had the lofts adjusted to match ping i210 lofts. So 29* 6i with 4* gaps to a 50* GW

I ended up with Gen 4, 4-PW. Did their Lucky 7 promotion. I added the GW as well. 
 

I’m all around impressed with their service. Fitter that helped me was great. This morning I received a tracking email, they show “items picked/ in assembly.”

I ordered a set of 0311T Gen3 RH for my son.  To celebrate the stupidly cheap price thereof, I also added a wedge that was not stupidly cheap.  They quoted me next week on starting it.

 

My guy (I use the same guy every time out of the Minneapolis store) told me that the different levels get different priority.  Gen4 are highest obviously, then lower gens.  Makes perfect sense to me.  He said the wedge, since it is current, will speed things  up.  Otherwise he said it would be 3 weeks, which is still good given all of the horror stories of other brands on the board.  

 

The company continues to perform.  I would hazard the guess their market share is going to greatly increase.  I would guess at the expense of ping in particular.  PXG is the new ping as far as I'm concerned anyway and I have shot nothing but ping for a good 25 years.  Probably an unpopular opinion.  But there is a lot of ping in pxg clubs.

I have a few things in for order right now, proto and Gen 3 and all are picked/assembly as of yesterday which would be 7 to 10 days from order on each of the 3 orders.

I ordered from The Golf Warehouse (TGW.COM), which is located in Kansas, I live in St Louis...   My order was shipped FedEx.  Straight shot East on 70, but not with FedEx!  Went to Dallas Texas and say for for days!  I should have just drove to Kansas and picked it up!

Ordered my 0811 X+ Proto drive on July 12. It was built this Monday, shipped yesterday and is scheduled for delivery Friday. Not too bad, less than 3 weeks given that Gen 4 product has priority.

Anyone know long orders stay in the Items Picked / In-Assembly stage? Or how after that they move to shipped?

I ordered an 0211 6 iron and sand wedge plus a 58 degree 0311 forged wedge to complete the 0211 iron set I already have. Ordered them yesterday and this afternoon got an email that they have shipped. Even special request on swing weight, grip tape and length. That is crazy fast, even for three irons. The phone salesperson even told me three weeks.

My 0811 X+ Proto went into picked status on this past Monday, Fedex picked it up that night and showed it was on its way on Tuesday. Scheduled to arrive here near Dallas sometime today by end of the day. I would think the time spent in Picked / Assembly may vary with what is ordered.

I ordered a 0811 X Gen 4 this (Friday) afternoon through a rep who charged my club only $35 for overnight shipping. Hoping to have it for a tourney 8/7. My dad bought a 0211 at the end of June and it was close to a month. He got it this week but it’s just flat out amazing. I had to order on the spot. For the same price I could get a 0811 X this week thru the fitter or a rush shipped 0211 that may not even get there in time.

My irons were in the build stage less than 24hrs. Got a shipping notice the next day.

As many have already started, FEDEX his absolutely horrible.  I've been sitting around the house all day because a signature is required.  I suddenly get this text message from Fedex.......

Must be a regional or local thing. I've never had a delay with Fedex from when any package was originally scheduled to be delivered either incoming or outgoing.

You may have jinxed yourself.  This is my fourth delivery snafoo in a row with them. I find it odd that they now claim delivery on a Sunday.  Outsourced!  

 

UPS is my preferred shipping service.

I bought a set of irons located on the east coast last week. They set in a FedEx facility for a week.
