Tru Dat

Was this the same year when Lexi left her passport in her golf bag and caused issues with the other pro's bags getting delayed to the WBO.

What a GONG SHOW.

Lexi is very nice and approachable.....but let's also not forget about #BALLMARKCHEATGATE at the ANA.🤣

SNaP Stacy also doesn't like the course.

I don't think the course is a fav on the LPGA rota...and when it rains it can be a muck hole...tough to maintain mountain side courses.

We have quite a few mountain side courses here in BC.

If I recall...didn't it hail when Anna N won???

I do think the gals like the size of the purse at this FAKE major.

I believe the pros are comp'd for their hotel stay???...and I think they are also pampered by the hotel too.

Suzann also had a few nasty thoughts about the course. I do believe she had a minor meltdown after an official wouldn't grant her relief when she wound up in a sketchy lie in wet conditions.

In Gee won in terrible conditions.

I remember the incident....I can't remember...did it happen at the Evian or maybe a Solheim Cup???

Ya she wasn't  happy with the RO....and started to dress the guy down.

When she wasn't happy with his decision...she asked for a LPGA RO.

The guy then said he was a LPGA RO.

Then she said...Welcome......LMAO

It's funny....Suzann can be a nasty b*tch...yet some like her...Crusty can be a nasty b*tch too...but few like her.

Loved Suzann, fiercely competitive. She showed up to get a job done.

Crusty..not so much. But I give her credit for a great career and still trying to compete.

I looked at an article from 2019, and she didn't call it a goat track (someone in the media who retweeted her did) but she did post a picture of a sketchy lie in the rough and complained about all the bad bounces she said she had gotten. Guess she won't be a fan of links courses either then if bad bounces upset her. She said she was done with Evian and then of course backtracked on her comment (like she always does) a day later.

And it's worth each and every one of them. 🙂

I've never really watched Suzann much at tournaments......but I've yet to read anything about Petterson being rude to staff and volunteers.

On the other hand....I've read on golf forums and have spoken to or had PM's from others that Kerr can be abrasive and rude to some staff and volunteers.

Yes, she also took down the post after her agent called and said "please remove that."  Sign of the times; do something stupid and apologize later.  All the signs of a spoiled little brat.  Nevermind what proceeded to happen with her passport and delaying all of her competitors' clubs.  Again, she apologized saying she didn't mean that to happen or hadn't thought about it likely because Lexi, Lexi, Lexi is all her/her team thinks about.

I usually don't cheer for people to struggle but her choke job at Olympic and Stacy Lewis' blocked/fatted water ball at Lancaster are two of the better outcomes at USWO.

So are you the guy who email the LPGA a day later about #BALLMARKERGATE at the ANA?.....just askin for a friend.

So Yeon Ryu is still sending Lexi Christmas cards years later for gifting her the ANA trophy.

So I assume you're not gonna buy some of the below for your wife for her birthday.

I didn't call in.  But while seeing it live I thought she put the ball back in a way different spot and wondered.

I actually think a) she knowingly cheated or in more friendly way purposely put the ball back in a different spot for whatever reason but b) still should have won that tournament.  Obviously at the time the rules stipulated 4 shots so she got what she deserved (or what the rules said), but I think most would agree that the chain of events isn't quite right.

LMAO.

Man my memory is SO BAD.....I don't remember SNaP rinsing her ball at Lancaster...was it the shortish par 3 on the back 9 with the pin up front and to the right?

I just looked at the video below...seems like SNaP's demise came at the 15th hole where she took a double.

I laugh every time SNaP hits a lousy shot and looks at the ground and her club trying to put blame on something.🤣

The galleries were HUGE at Lancaster.

The 2015 USWO was one of my favs...why?

One word.

I gotta go with Hyo Joo, the Covid Ninja Warrior. I enjoy when we get to see some of the LET players, and for that I'll choose Atthaya Thitikul for a dark horse. If she's not a dark enough horse, Olivia Cowan should fit the bill.

To be honest I'm not sure any of the LET girls have enough firepower.

Atthaya has an impressive amount of power.  That little gal hit some drives out near Patty Tav in the Thailand Tourney

This is big!

I saw that Mel Reid said the catalyst was the new UK 🇬🇧 travel restrictions ie withdrew so that she could travel to the Tokyo olympics ✈️➡️🇯🇵 from the UK ...

Do you know if same reasoning w.r.t. travel to Olympics from UK = applies to Patty T’s withdrawal from Evian?

https://golfweek.usatoday.com/2021/07/20/mel-reid-withdraws-evian-travel-restrictions-olympics/

..Quote: “England’s Mel Reid has withdrawn from the Amundi Evian Championship, citing new travel restrictionsthat could prevent her from competing in the Tokyo Olympics. She has been replaced in the field by Alena Sharp.

On Friday, the U.K. announced that those entering the U.K. from France will have quarantine for 10 days, even if fully vaccinated against COVID-19, amid concerns of the Beta variant. The new rule went into effect on Monday.

“Incredibly disappointed to withdraw from The Evian Championship this year due to the recently implemented travel rules that prevent re-entry into the U.K. from France in time for the team’s Olympic departure,” Reid wrote on Instagram. “I’ve worked relentlessly with my team and the LPGA to find a way to compete in both but unfortunately at this point, there are no assurances on firm solutions and the risk of missing the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete as an Olympian is simply too high.”
