Didn't they roll over a lot of previous winners again into next year?  Probably going to be really tough until they get caught up.

The attendance was reduced in the 2021 Masters so there were quite a few who had 2020 tickets that weren't selected to attend.  The 2020/2021 tickets were refunded with the option to receive those if the 2022 Masters Tournament ticket application was turned in.  I really can't believe anyone who had 2020/2021 tickets who weren't selected would opt not to apply for the 2022 tickets and received the same tickets they had in 2020/2021.  I was fortunate to be selected for 2020 Tuesday practice round tickets but wasn't selected for the 2021 Masters.  One benefit I had in both 2020 and 2021 was having access to the Patron store during and after the tournament.  In 2020 each ticket holder had two (2) purchase opportunities before their access was removed.  In 2021 there was unlimited access to make purchases.  I did make a few purchases both times including this hat.

 

I don't know how many ticket holders were not selected for the 2021 Masters but I would think the worst case is that 50% to 75% were not selected.  That still leaves at worst case 25% applicants being selected for the 2022 Masters, possibly more.  I was not selected every year that the Masters application process for both practice rounds (25 years) and tournament rounds (12 years?) until I finally was.  I was fortunate to be able to attend in 2015 as a guest of a friend of mine. 

 

To all those still trying keep trying and I hope 2023 is the year for you, especially those who have never attended.
