Identify this course.

I'll start with this is a huge stretch. I saw a picture and can't find it again,  but it was a golf hole, from I believe the golden age era, and the green sat directly up next to an old structure/building (maybe half way house) almost built around it. I'm pretty sure it was in the north east. It is driving me crazy trying to find it.

 

Any ideas?

When the OP said the building was almost built around the green, this one came to mind. Long approach shots have actually ended up in this club house and been played back out through the door.  It should be easy as it's a pretty famous course. For one point, name the course.

Yes, it is Woking, located in Surrey just an hour Southwest  of London. It's one of my favorite areas to play golf. Loads of fantastic heathland courses

Been several years since I've played either Philly Cricket Club Course. This is the Wissahickon course right? I know there are 2, Wissahickon is the original and then there's the Militia Hills course.

All are correct. so we are left with 2, 7, 10.

2 maybe tough. It is in Chicago and private.

 

7 should be easy look around

 

10 will most likely have to be someone local and the course i grew up on in Chicago area.
