I hear you man, me too.  The OG BB is my favorite SC putter of all time.  I’d like to pick up a champions choice version as well.  I think they look super cool!

I don’t know, they just keep going up.  I was wanting to buy a brand new one for my collection and as a backup but the prices have not dropped in years.  I guess the Brooksie impact on this putter is real…

Love my CC but wish the re release would have been closer to the OG button back for sure.  I wonder if the Brooks gaming it deal was the reasoning behind it, considering it's getting brushed aside a little by the triple black release

Yeah, when I first heard about the CC, I was hoping it will be close to the OG BB.  Does the CC feel like the OG BB?

yes it does, I don't have an OG but my club builder does and we put them side by side and it's identical. Could vary I'm sure though from player to player

This is where it gets variable from player to player as referenced above

The CC feels "clickier" to me than the OG BB

Both are pretty great though

 

Really I liked the OG BB better as the NP was naked, and the CC has a line

I actually prefer the looks of the NP2 CC for some reason

I’m still gaming mine. Put on a lamkin deep etch cord.  Love the feel. Love the look. Slightly different shape than my studio select.

 

I may try to change up the paintfill but have mine stock for now.

Loving mine as well. I actually bought it because of the red white and blue theme with a Teryllium insert. I clean my Teryllium with ketchup (read about it on the forums) after every round. Keeps the copper-ish alloy looking brand new!

Probably my best putting year ever with my Newport.  It has been in the bag all year up until last week.  They punched/sanded the greens for Fall so I pulled it out for my standard Special Select Newport.  Depending on how quickly the greens recover it may go back in this Fall.  If not, will certainly be back in the bag come Spring.

Back in April I had a putter fitting at Club Champion using a SAM PuttLab machine. I was fit into the 2020 Special Select Flowback 5.5. Later this year, I purchased my first ever limited edition Scotty Cameron - the Monoblock 6.5. However, I still was really drawn to the Champions Choice Flowback 5.5 since it is a button back variation of the head & grip that I was fit into at Club Champion. I started to do some research and, after reading all 18 pages, I finally decided to pull the trigger on a Champions Choice Flowback 5.5.  Being that I'm over a year late to the party I knew I would be paying a mark up.  I feel like I did petty well by scoring one brand new, in the original bag with tags, for $850. I'm very excited to get this on the course once the weather cooperates.
