No judgement.. just a bit if first impressions. Can’t wait to try them in person. I will, and will give you my full impression. 👍👍
 

definitely something interesting going on with the shape. Looks like an attempt or idea to move weight from the heel to the toe. I like that idea.  I also like that they are not too rounded.

Hoepfully there is a lightweight head option for overlength builds this time around or some porting offered like Vokey does. At +1" and 3* upright I've tried Milled Grind, MG2 and Hi Toe wedges along with P770 irons and they all came out to E3 swing weight. How bout some love for the tall guys @TaylorMade Golf?!?!

I have always found TM wedges to just flat out work for me. I am sure these will be another fine offering from the boys at TM

As a fellow tall golfer, struggling with the same issue, I totally agree. 👍

 

Overall, I have to say these wedges looks superb, especially at address. The straighter leading edge is 🔥🔥🔥. 

 

Can we expect any new grind options?

Great looking wedge! Love the straight leading edge, and they got rid of the godawful pattern on the face. I’m interested to see grind options. On looks alone I’d put those in the bag.

In general that will mean a better quality job was done - if you have very harsh milling, they probably ran the bits over the surface really fast, etc.  I know a lot of people WANT to see the milling marks but it's not really what you want to see as a machinist. Given that these are still in the MG family, I wouldn't expect TM to deviate from their LB-SB-HB grind options. The TW grind is the only new one they've introduced during this model run. These grinds really do cover most players and TM wedge numbers don't seem big enough to warrant the type of SKU management necessary when you have the number of grinds that Vokey has.

Anyone know if there will be more than just the raw face as a finish option. 
My MG2’s with the new Raw face ate golf balls initially but I feel like they lost spin as they wore and even as I let them go rusty.

I’m sure I get more (comparative) spin out of my 7mc’s so it’d be great to see a finished face like the MC’s on the mg3’s. 

Also: Rusty faces don’t help my club cleaning disorder.
