FSX pro does but it's really only a 2D range. Pretty disappointing considering how good I felt the range was on my skytrak. FSX mobile is not supported for the GC3 so it doesn't work.

In order to get either BLP or the GC3 do I have to have a computer or can I run it off IPad Pro

You can but you won't get all the features. You just get a range. No challenges or games or courses.

256gb with a Nvidia gtx 1060 video card. Runs everything fine.

For what it’s worth there is about 150gb of stuff in the foresight FSX, fairgrounds and pro folders on my computer(roughly 50 each).  That’s with the 20 course pack. Courses are around 400mb-900mb each.  Anything above about a 970 nvidia card will run FSX no problem.  Maybe someone with a lower performance laptop card can confirm it runs on something less.  It’s not very cpu intensive.  Without the FSX software I would think it’s all overpriced.  With the courses and simulation, even on a monitor or tv is pretty fun. I’m in about $2500 for a projector and screen and love it.  Played 3 rounds yesterday and 1 tonight.  Watched the zags Duke game on the big screen last night.  Lot more than I wanted to spend but enjoying everything so far.

Anyone have any tee recommendations?  I bought some birtees but the big one is already starting to break apart.  Had them for 3-4 days.  Looking for something more durable.

Just recently bought a barely used Sony VPL-FHZ55 off of eBay for $250. Really bright 1920x1200 laser projector with a fantastic range of optical adjustments. Only downside to it is if you need a short throw ratio you have to buy a replacement lens that will be in the $1000 range but for my setup a normal throw is fine.

I use Tomahawk tees - been using them for 2 years and 1 pack has lasted all this time. They are often out of stock, but they show up on Amazon every now and again.

What is better FSX or TGC 19 for playing courses.

FWIW I was using a white BirTee for the driver and spin numbers never made sense, always 2500+ too high. Switch to a black rubber tee and numbers are now the same as I see on the golf course. A little scary how sensitive the numbers can be to the tee (color i guess) and mat material…

TGC by a long shot for me. Any course you want and better graphics. BUT it’s not available right now for GC3

So I’m better keeping my Skytrack and setting TGC 19 and build the SIM with that. I will play more SIM golf then practice with it.
