Titleist tsi2 cracked…

I bought a tsi2 fairway wood off of eBay about 5 months ago. Played last Saturday and wanted to hit a few ranges balls to warm up before my round and when I got to my 3 wood, a couple balls in I noticed a weird sound once I hit it. I looked down and noticed a little crack near the arc channel. Do you think titleist will be able to replace it?

I don't see why not.  Your local retail store might be able to send it to Titleist or better yet, contact the company directly and deal with them.  You have the proof.

I sent a TSi3 15 deg fairway sent back to Titleist on Monday. Waiting for the replacement they quoted me about 2 weeks turnaround for just the head. Word of advice after cracking 3 Titleist heads in the past 2 years......don't hit range balls with them. At least don't hit many and make sure they are newer balls.

That's how I cracked the face of my old R11 dot driver.  Hit about 20 range balls and it caved toe side.  Learned my lesson.

I think most companies are pretty good about this. I cracked an M3 and the M5 they sent to replace it in the span of about 4 weeks a couple of years ago during normal use and TM didn't even ask questions about it. Can't imagine I was the only one.

Shouldn’t be an issue had mine replaced recently although it took 6 weeks

Definitely taking your advice. Don’t want want this to happen again... Luckily I have a backup 3 wood for the mean time.

Yeah I figured it’ll take some time to get a replacement. Luckily I have a backup 3 wood.

were you able to send it back to Titleist on your own for warranty? or did you have to go through an authorized retailer?

I called titleist warranty and they said to go through the authorized retailer I purchased from.

Same experience. Just ordered a TSi3 Dri8ver. Wait time at least five or six weeks.

Forget when I sent mine back over the summer but I had ordered originally through discount dan's so they got it set up for me to send back. I just emailed them and they gave me a shipping address to Titleist. Was a 2-3 week turnaround at the time for just the head when I shipped it out.

Just broke my brand new Tsi2 13.5 in the exact same spot last night. Hit less than 10 balls indoors. Was at a trackman facility using new Pro v1 RCT.  Really disappointed as it took 8 weeks to get here and I was launching nukes with it. SS ~110mph with it for reference. I did crack a Titleist 905T back in high school and Titleist was great to work with then. I anticipate the same when I call them Monday.

This just happened to me this morning. Titleist Tsi2 3 wood, almost new., cracked in the same spot, no range balls hit no cold weather.

 

I searched over the internet and it looks like Titleist may have design flaw or something is wrong with the TSi Fairways as i saw pictures of some clubs in the same condition.

 

Time to look for a new 3 Wood...

Bumping this after a late night search. I had a couple shots on Saturday that sounded funny but had nice results so I never bothered to check.

 

Tonight on a simulator the first shot had the same odd sound. Lo and behold the crack is IDENTICAL to the photos above. 
 

What are the odds a clubhead this old gets honored for warranty? I bought it through my club pro at the end of 2021.
