SC300 / SC300i app functioning

Just bought a used sc300i & the app is pretty much useless. I saw the reviews in the App Store were pathetic, but I don't know... FWIW, the sc300i does record most of my shots on the range & I thought it was syncing with the app during the range sessions (I was mainly looking at the device between swings rather than the app). But when I launched the app to review my practice when I got home the device could not connect via bluetooth even once. The app seems to recognize my LM but when I click on it to sync, it runs that little loading wheel & the second it reaches 100% I get a message that says SC300i has disconnected. 

Anybody else having this problem? I'm guessing this is an app issue that will hopefully be resolved soon. A little frustrating, though, as the monitor itself doesn't record any of your sessions...

I haven't had this issue, my SC300i connects reliably every time I use it. If you haven't tried it already, it might be worth trying to reset the Bluetooth pairing in the settings menu of the app. Also, the unit does store swing data when using it without the app and will sync the data to the app the next time you connect. I have no idea how much data it can store, but I've done full range sessions without using the app and then had all those swings sync to the app the next time I connected them.

I haven't had this issue either. Sometimes I use the app at the range and sometimes I don't but the data is always on the device waiting to be transferred back to the app when I get home.
