Or where Rae Creek start, like outside the course? We could snorkel down under cover of night bring change clothes in dry bags. Boom, pop out at the 12th, hide in the magnolias til the crowd come and mix in.

 

Or we rent a truck and fill it with sod, be like, “emergency grass delivery”. The key is we need to look like authentic sod delivery guys, like some good scraggly beards, have some coffee cups and McDonald’s breakfast wrappers on the dashboard.

lol. Yea.  If I were in the area , I would definitely buzz the gate.  Truth is it’s not really in the direction of anything.  So it would literally mean driving there just to drive by then drive back.  Funny thing is. I know some guys who get to play it yearly with the callaway big wigs.  I keep hoping I get included one time.  But hasn’t happened yet.  Usually it’s  towards February or early March  I think when they play. Maybe I need to start begging for that now !!

Lol. Now I live 3 minutes from a sod farm. I can absolutely make that happen.  I like the idea of sneaking in better than paying the scalper.  At least if we got arrested it would be for a real reason !

On topic both masters champions and Duke boys -  I found this the other day.  Watch it till the end.   This guy found the first jump scene general lee in Georgia , and through an amazing series of events , it became Bubba watsons .  I did not know that the car Bubba owns  is the actual first general lee from the opening credits jump scene in town.  If you watched the show , this is a good story.  Ironically. Also happened about an hour and 15 minutes from my house.  Lol.

Dukes was the dopest show to watch as a kid. I mean Daisy, fuhgedaboudit.

 

But then you had like, car jumps, shooting sticks of dynamite on arrows at out houses, boss Hogg sucking down bbq and plotting.

 

Was like an amusement park on TV !

When you get there, you'll want to spend some time basking in the tradition.  Just wallow in it like a pig in slop.  You may lose control over some bodily functions because of the power of the tradition.
