He had 2 drivers in the bag. His long driver and likely the new LTD, which did not get used.

I thought he only used his longer driver yesterday (Rad) and never pulled the Proto out?

I think they are releasing his new OL irons spring 2022.  He made that comment in one of his past videos.

So my question with the driver is, have they just reused the LTD name or did they replicate the CG location that made the original LTD so good?

Looks like the LTD name does imply "zero CGna" which means the CG is at or below the neutral CG axis and what made the original LTD special. To be fair, the low spin Cobra heads in their low spin weight setting (F9 with weight forward, SZ with weight forward, Radspeed with weight forward) of the last few years were already close to zero CGna. What is difficult to create is a head with zero CGnA AND high MOI, which is what is implied with the LTDx standard driver. 

 

To those that have seen the fairways, are the crowns gloss or matte? The pics posted say the driver is matte for all models, but doesn't say gloss or matte for the fairways?

RADSpeed was on their twitter on Dec 8 last year. I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar date for the LTDx.

I don’t think so. Ltd pro was just lower loft and flatter lie angle. These seem to follow the same 3 offerings as rad, SZ. Low spin/launch in the LS. Mid/high in the x and then a draw biased version in the max. Second two replacing the XB and XD models

Very interesting. As a Speedzone Pars'N'Stripe owner, one of the issues I have is the lack of stability with the 16gm weight forward but I do really love the nutted drives in this mode.

 

I hope the new drivers with the twin weights can add back some semblance of stability and provide the continued low spin bombs.

I can’t imagine swapping the 12 and 3 gram weights in the LS will have much effect on left to right flight.  
 

Seems a little odd that they didn’t start with equal weights or at least end on an even number to give us the option to purchase  two 6 or 7g weights to get to a neutral flight.
