Disappointed with Bettinardi

Yesterday afternoon you hadn't *moved on* enough to post that you were not impressed with Bettinardi customer service, but you decided 2hrs ago to "move on". Everyone here has told you that you treated the putter like crap and of course it was going to rust because of that treatment  ... And you still insist on blaming Bettinardi. 

Glad you shot a 78. I don't use my QB8 any longer although I still own it (Same perfect condition it was in when I bought it 5 years ago). My gamer is a Ping Tyne 4.

Not a putter, but I ordered the texas tea wedges from Bettinardi sept 19th, changed specs to my order 3 different times with their CSR, and they were delivered sept 24th. October was the ship date in their website. 
 

Looking forward to these rusting. 
 

My carbon ss3 never rusted, love this putter.

I live in the same swamp, my raw wedges start rusting less than an hour after the plastic comes off

I wish Bettinardi would get my order correct the first time. I've bought two putters from them and I had to send them back for a replacement. First the inovai 8. There was clearly a crack between the face and body. Second putter I got was the inovai 6 that was 35 inches when I ordered 34 inches.

I had a carbon steel Studio Stock #8. Loved the putter, hated the maintenance, but I knew what I was getting into when I bought it. Even the slightest bit of moisture and my putter was always rusty at the end of the round, even after wiping it down between holes! Typically a weekly Coke bath and gun oil was required. I got tired of the routine and sold it. Still love Bettinardi though, I have a 2020 BB1F and it's a special thing.

Have a 4 year old Bettinardi QB6. Looks as good as the day I bought it. Best putter I've ever owned.

Ordered another Betti. An Inovai 6 ordered to spec. Looks like this one is even better cause of the roll control tech and it's extra stability.

 

Look after your quality putters and they will stay gorgeous!

I’ve never had issues with Bettinardi through HIVE purchases or even with other items like custom bags or apparel or trinkets.

I have a 2017 Studio Stock 8 that was my gamer for about two years. It doesn’t have a speck of rust on it and I didn’t do anything special to care for it besides (1) keeping the headcover on between holes and (2) letting it dry outside the headcover at home after my round.

 

Probably important to note that there is barely a mark on the putter, so the PVD finish hasn’t been compromised.
