I buy a ton from them and have always gotten pretty good CS.  I have heard plenty of stories on poor CS, I just havent experienced any yet

You can't just make unsubstantiated statements that Company X's CS sucks.  It is certainly possible that Company X's CS sucks, but is also possible that it might be you.  Hard to determine without some facts.

Every contact I’ve had with PXG since first calling to set up a fitting in February has been as good or better than any I’ve ever experienced in the golf business in the 40+ years I’ve been buying equipment. That includes the appointment process, multiple fittings (fee waived), ordering , shipping and even getting credit for price reductions. Oh, and the clubs are great too !

PXG's CS has always been exceptional. I have spent a lot of money with them and am able to get answers almost immediately. They are definitely top notch.

Have called several times. First time to discuss iron fit and options.. second time to discuss my own LM numbers and finalize purchase… 3rd time to tell them how much I enjoy the new set and thank them for their help. Have also called 3 other times for follow up questions and ordered a cover for a 5 wood I got off eBay.

 

4 different people and not a single one was rude or unknowledgeable. As much as I enjoy a good horror story, All these anti PXG CS posts seem like hate mail.

I find PXG's CS to be better than any other golf company, except maybe Ping. They always go out of their way to help with any problems and do so very courteously.

I didn't have great CS when I dealt with them either... I do have high standards though...

My experience is very different. Always responsive, reply to emails with 24 hours, fix any mistakes.

OP has to be the guy that was copy/pasting the same exact thing and spamming every PXG thread a few weeks ago about how much he hated PXG’s CS. HAS TO BE!

So while playing golf yesterday I got a phone call from a random number.  Unfortunately I have to answer them as it could be a work question from someone calling from a number I don't have in my phone (most of the time it is a quick hang up on a telemarketer).  Not this time, it was PXG calling to ask how my Gen4 driver was doing and if I needed to follow up with their fitter we have in town for free to tweak any settings.  After the call he emailed his contact information in case I needed anything.   I am not putting down CS from any of the other brands as I pretty much have had positive experiences with all of them but none of them have ever called to follow up after a sale.

I've only had limited experience with their CS but it has been very positive. I ordered a weight kit when I ordered my driver and it was not included with the driver despite the packing slips saying it was. I immediately called and got an apology for the mistake of the packing slips as the weight kits were backordered. He checked and confirmed that there was another order entered for the weight kit for me. Later I sent an email asking that the new weight kit order be confirmed in writing and I got that confirmation back within 24 hours.

I have had a good experience with them so far. I ordered a 5 wood and then about two hours later I ordered a 3 wood. They added it onto my first order so I’d save on shipping costs. This was Sunday and my order with both woods has shipped. Pretty dang good stuff to me. I know some people will have a bad experience for whatever reason but I’d say more people have had good experiences over bad ones.

I too have had exceptional customer service from PXG.  
 

I’ve also had very good service from Mizuno.

My son recently snapped his new driver shaft at the hosel last Friday.  I called PXG Friday night around 8 pm eastern.  Had my pre-paid return label emailed to me within an hour.  Sent the club back Monday morning.  Instead of PXG waiting to get my sons driver back, they shipped his new driver as soon as the package I shipped had tracking info.  He will have his new driver Monday.  It was great service, exactly like I have experienced each time I have called.

I have dealt with them on several phone calls.  They have always been helpful and willing to listen, some more than others but that's normal.  I will say this, two of the customer service agents who were documenting my issues and helping me with a club exchange were the loudest typists I have ever heard!!  They had to of been single finger typing and just slamming into the keyboard!!!  I had them on speaker and someone came into the office, immediately had a "wtf" look on their face!!!
