But, I tend to lean towards common sense and am 99.99996529% positive that the Buffalo Bills, my pick, easily take the AFC East Buffalo Bills Football GIF

I'll take the remaining 00.00003471%  for the WIN !!!

On another social media site I saw a map by state indicating the most searched for porn type during the 2020 election cycle.  Not surprisingly, in OH, the most searched was Cougar probably with a nod to the two new young guns Baker and Joe and the hope they would see their stars working in the adult film industry.  In MD, the number one search was backshot... whatever that is, but I am sure it is some sort of search to see just how far Harbaugh shoves the play sheet into the back of his pants.  In PA the search was fat as*, which clearly is an indication the state is concerned about the size and ability of a newly revamped offensive line on the western side of the state.

Taking my cue from the collective unconscious of the US of A, I am going to say I believe fat as*es will be the winner of the AFC North.  Its still early, but book it.  And unlike the 2020 election, Carl Jung approves this message.

Truly though P48 I am curious as to why you chose the Bill over your Redbirds? The Cardinals look like a steakhouse potato... loaded with all the weapons they added over the offseason. But still no cred for the red? Or is it just a matter of making the safe play and going with one of last years winners?

Well - it comes down to a choice between the toughest division in the NFL (NFC West) vs. possibly the worst division in the NFL (AFC East)!!

Plus QBs:  Allen vs.  Tua 🤮 /  Allen vs. Wilson 🤮 / Allen vs. Cam 🤮🤮🤮   Easy 6-0 with a double digit margin of victory!!

VS

Kyler vs. Jimmy G/Lance (week 3) 🤮 / Russell Wilson (one of the best ever) / Stafford (finally has 21 actual NFL players starting with him).   Going to be tough to go 3-3!

I think you're making a wise decision here.  Based on my criteria, AZ had Navajo as its main search, and that has little to nothing to do with the recently relocated team from America's heartland, so you are on firm ground selecting the Bills.  NY was foot jobs, so even if Allen struggles, the state can rely on the kicker, which is oftentimes how the game is decided regardless.  I will say, I am none too impressed with the MT selection, and find the NC selection to be a little vague, but apparently the tools of the trade are respected in NC.

After a run in he had, think the ex still beloved Commish is looking for a new profile pic. I'm, as usual, here to help. Think #3 clear front runner with #4 still in the mix(ologist).

P3P you gotta share the complete list of most searched porn categories by each state. I am down right curious now. Plus I wanna see how much of an influence Mich Commish had on the list with all the states he has lived in 🤣

Commish has certainly been represented.  A lot of the terms probably aren't too good as we search for #10 for the season.  Google "Porn search by state for election" and there it is.  It is a powder keg of ammunition for online hijinx.

By Jay Hart

A little over a year ago, Patrick Mahomes signed a monster 10-year contract worth up to $503 million. Last week, Josh Allen got his own monster deal that, while not $503 million, could actually pave the way for an even bigger haul.

That’s sort of how it is with QB contracts: QB1 signs a deal, QB2 signs a bigger deal, QB3 signs an even bigger deal and so on. It hasn’t mattered where the talent level lies, just who’s up next.

This brings us to who is next: Baker Mayfield; Lamar Jackson; and, soon, Kyler Murray.

They’re all going to get paid. The question then becomes: Are they worth the salary-cap eating deals that will begin to strap the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills over the next couple seasons?

Take the Chiefs. This season they’ll allocate just 5.5% of cap space on the quarterback position. Next season, that jumps to 17.5%, the season after that nearly 20%.

Mahomes is special, but is even he special enough to make up for the loss of talent the Chiefs will undoubtedly experience due to cap restrictions?

Now apply that question to Jackson, Mayfield and Murray, who, if the progression of quarterback salaries hold, will eat up even more cap space than Mahomes.

The logic stands that you pay your QB because it’s either that or start over, and who wants to start over?

But what if the alternative to starting over is paying for a quarterback who sometimes gets you to the playoffs but never any further? Because that’s what’s happening.

Since 2010, the only quarterbacks in the top 10 in salary to even make a Super Bowl are Tom Brady, Matt Ryan, Eli Manning and Peyton Manning.

Brady, of course, has been to six Super Bowls since 2010, but only twice did he rank in the top 10 in salary … which is telling.

To pay or not to pay is exactly the question the Cowboys wrestled with when it came to Dak Prescott. The jury is still out on this one, but so far what they’ve paid for is +3000 vs. +8000 in the futures odds.

This is the decision the Ravens, Browns and Cardinals are going to have to make very soon. The smart money is on them paying. The smarter money is on that not paying off.

Welcome back friends!

The 2021 NFL season is only 5 Sunday's away and that means Commish 2.0 has some people after his crown after last years unexpected title capture. We will be seeking another player to fill the 10 man roster until September 2nd. So, if you're interested please reply to this message or DM myself confirming your interest and we will be more than happy to have you along for the ride. I will be closing the thread to invites September 2, so act fast as it is on a first come first serve basis.  Rules are simple. I will be posting the Vegas line for each NFL game throughout the 18 game season and the playoffs as well as a pick for the Super Bowl. The lines will be up each Tuesday with players having to decide upon choosing 3 games in which the: the Favored team, the Underdog, the total points Over, or the total points Under is taken. The score will be kept like a team's win/lose/tie (yes there will be ties) record based on how you did each week. This format will be used throughout the regular season and the playoffs. The winner will be determined by who has the most wins at the end of the season (Super Bowl included). The Super Bowl will also have each player choose a betting line for the game but will also have the player pick a final score for the game. In the event of 2 or more players having the same record going into the big game, the tiebreaker pick will be for all players picking a Final Score for the Super Bowl game a deciding a champion for the season. The thread will kickoff with something called a Divisional Future Pick. In a nutshell this pick will allow the player to pick from 1 of 4 divisions that are pretty highly contested. If the player picks the winner of the division (1 pick from only 1 division) that player will be awarded 10 "wins" to their total after Week 18 of the NFL season. This will be huge for anyone going into the playoffs, whether it is used a separation tool or a chase down tool, this will undoubtedly shake things up going into the playoffs. The Divisions in which to choose from will be the AFC NORTH, AFC EAST, NFC SOUTH, NFC WEST. (please have this pick in before September 6th) * cough* chuntsman and doc *cough*

How will I know how I did/doing? In addition to the Vegas Lines going up each Tuesday Morning, I will also be posting each weeks rankings along with a weekly recap. The recaps will always include subtle jabs to the Q man about how his team is stuck with Scam Newton for another year as well as up to date rankings for the week and the season. The only thing that I ask in return is having your pick up before the Thursday Night Game or on Saturday if you don't want to choose from the Thursday Night game and that you, at the very least, mildly participate in the groups shenanigans. We have a pretty fun group so far and I know if we are able to hear from every band member it makes the music a little bit sweeter to listen to. So, please even if it is just once or twice a week, peek your head out from the madness that is life and have a little fun with the boys. I know I would love to hear what you have to say. (unless you're a Cowgirls fan then I just don't care, kidding) Last little bit of housekeeping. I will also be giving out weekly trophies to people based on how the week went with your picks. For example if someone had some bad luck and ended up in last place for consecutive weeks they will be gifted the Basement Dweller trophy, a picture of Sloth from the Goonies next to their name in the standings. Or if someone rolled off some wins consecutively they would be awarded the human torch trophy. There will be more like this that I will slowly introduce as the season approaches but hopefully this will add another element of fun and some bragging rights to the thread.

That's it for now from Commish 2.0. If there are any questions/ comments or complaints I'd more than happy to address either before, during, after the season, but until then don't forget to tip your waitstaff and good night.

LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Late.....Who Meeeeeeeeee????? 🙈

I'll take Champa Bay and Lombardi throwing Brady for the easy +10 to win the NFC South easily.  Too much turmoil going on in stinky town, No #11 lining up for the Falcons, and Carolina has Sam Darnold at the helm!

Tom Brady opens up about viral Lombardi Trophy toss, boat parade

Welcome back, boys!

Cant wait for the smack talk about how great your team is and how bad my team is.

With that being said...
