Hmmm. Yeah, two hours of coverage just doesn't cut it. Love the course, but a handful of shots is meh.

 

The morning wave got the best of the weather, but there were a handful of nice rounds in the afternoon. Anyone who shot -3 or better is probably feeling good about their round. 

 

Did get a kick out of Anna's grounder. Lol. 

 

Not quite sure what Charley's issue was at the bridge. It's an immovable obstruction. Take your relief and move on. Also not sure why her caddie and her couldn't have discussed the shot while they were waiting for the rules official. No wonder the rounds take 5 hours. 

 

Tough day for Alison. Don't want to follow up a win with a missed cut.

Some LPGA pros change loops often.

Few have LT caddies.

Inbee, Stacy, Sei Young, Shanshan, Pressel, Brooke (sis), Chella (dad)

 

I remember chatting with someone that said Jennifer Johnson used to change loops nearly every other event.

It wasn't Charlie. Skapnoord I thought, playing a chip shot from a depression said "It's soft as s***".

Hate to be a whiner, but I can't wait for the tour to get back to the USA and far far away from UK and its God-awful announcers. That guy of course, whose name, of course, i don't know, is, of course, the main culprit. Oh how British commentary has fallen!  Peter Alliss, please come re-animate yourself. Ironically, a lot of the good commentators in the USA are British. I know some will disagree, but I find Tom Abbott, David Feherty, Nick Faldo and Karen Stupples all excellent entertainment. Nobody is perfect.

 

Sorry to be a hater, but its so awful to me that I only end up watching an hour or so of the coverage, and I am of British origin (no, not Indian). You must all be charmed by the their accents.

The Scottish Open is well below the usual BBC standard which is pretty good. Who is this Beth ?? announcer - she's American by her accent. She drones on a lot saying very little and talking too much about herself.

I only like Abbott in that group.

He used to be quite funny on the LPGA coverage...but maybe GC told him to tone it down.

 

Stupples talks too much and Feherty tries too hard to be funny.

Ariya, Atthaya and Yuka are separately on the last three groups.  For whatever reason, Lee6 was put at the fourth last group even though she had the best second round score among players at -5.

Thitikul is up there again.  The young lady posts good rounds in all kinds of conditions.  Raw talent

Weekend forecast are good; average scores should be under par for both days.

On the Korn Ferry coverage...they can't show Curtis Thompson w/o some reference to Lexi on each of his shots/putts.

 

I think Curtis also putts like Lexi....he hit a putt that went 20 feet pass the hole...WTH.🤣
