I'll add one more option because I don't think it's been mentioned yet (though it might not be available where you are), and that's the Mamiya Attas carbon shaft for irons. link I've got the

Consider LA Golf iron shafts. I used to play steel fiber i95s and recently got these with my ZX7. They are awesome and my driver swing is 100-101mph.
