I love it. This is what I wanted when I first saw the blue/yellow combo.

Reminds me of the Ping balls they had in the 90's.  They worked very well visually for short game practice.

I'd pick up some of these to practice putting, hopefully they come out with a light/dark color combo so it's really easy to see how well you rolled a putt. 

 

Also wonder how the seam issue will be with these.

I love them.   I actually think they have them for the Z Stars in Asia, but only the Q star in the US.   I'd give them a shot for sure.   Love me some Z Star XV's!!

My buddy actually hit this off the tee the other day, and he hit the driver so pure that the ball launched end over end and hands down it was the coolest thing I’ve seen on the course in terms of a golf ball. He hated the feel however LOL

A guy at work gave me a sleeve of Blue/Yellow Q Star Tours. I lined the seem up in the direction of the hole, for the most part, on the tee. It was very cool to see it leave the clubface. You could really see the rotation. The downside was it was very hard to see in the fairway if it landed mostly blue side up. It would be great for those that line up their putts on the green.

Don't see this taking off on tour personally, but I would appreciate this for the putting alignment and immediate on-course feedback.

I could see using it as an alignment aid on the greens.

Sign me up, cant wait for these to hit the states, gave them a try in white/orange and loved it. Just cant stock up at the current $100 from Japan cost.

I like the look personally as I tend to play colored balls over plain white.  And it is really cool to see how the balls spins when hitting off of any clubs in my bag.  @Srixon, send some my way for testing 😉

I'm currently playing the yellow/orange version of the Q-Star. It's fun around the green & the lower compression has helped me cut some unwanted spin with the driver.
