7 Woods w/Adjustable Loft?

For my fourteenth club in the bag, I’m thinking I want a 7 wood. Which ones should I look for?
 

One feature I’d like is for it to be adjustable so I can dial in the distance and flight.

I liked the sound and feel of the Cobra fairway woods I’ve played. And they do make an adjustable 7w.

Another vote for Titleist. I have the TSi2 7 wood and cranked up the loft.

I haven't tried the TSi 7 wood but I've heard good things on it.  I have the epic flash heavenwood in my bag

I have an epic flash 7 wood and it is so easy to hit.

I game a PXG 7 wood and loft is adjustable

Has a g425 7 wood and had no complaints. Been using a buddies epic speed and love it. It will kick the 425 out permanently. Better looks, sound and a bit more Juice. Not enough love for the epic speed fairways in my opinion.

Check out Ping, they make amazing fairway woods. Brain dead easy to hit.

I was thinking the same and looking at the TSI2 as I currently play a TSI3 Driver.  Unfortunately off the shelf clubs are A flex or similar so would need to be a custom order for any type of stiff shaft.  I was quoted near the end of the year so didn't pull the trigger.

I'm looking for a 7-wood, too. 21° - 24° adjustable. It's good to see the TSi2 in the discussion. I have to try the Ping now. Had no idea their woods were good.

I found a TS2 7 wood and didn't care about the shaft, trying to find a X flex in a 7 wood is just not gonna happen.   Easier to order a 7 wood with whatever shaft and order an adapter to put in your shaft of choice.

Ladies 7-woods are much easier to find and are the same heads and weights.

 

These are ridiculously easy to hit and consistent. The Callaway hosel is one of the more adjustable as well and sound and feel are terrific.

I like the Cobra Radspeed 7 wood. It's adjustable, the rails actually help if you want to put a steeper AOA when it's in the rough, and they aren't as draw biased as their fairways were in the past. My only complaint is that they play about an inch longer than I would like (~42") and it's difficult to get the swing weight back up when played at 41". Wish they had more swing weight options like ping fairways have but a little hot melt goes a long way.

That was my issue with Cobra. I play 3-4” short and upright or the ball wanders on me.

 

They always change the weight shapes, which gets frustrating.

 

One option is to find a place with Hotmelt to add to the head.

 

I still have my beat up F7… one of my all time faves behind the Epic flash.

I believe I took a weight from the F7 Hybrid to get my Fairway head weight up to what I needed after cutting it down.

My goal is to drop a hybrid and go back to a 7 wood.  Had several over the years and really miss not having one.  Leaning towards Ping but I need to spend some time in the golf store hitting several brands before I make a decision.

This is what I did with my Rogue 7W. Near end of Rogue cycle, couldn't find anything but women's flex shafts. A check of the specs for men's and women's fairways showed the loft, lie angle and head size were all the same. Lighter SwWt strictly from shorter women's shafts.

 

Got what turned out to be a new Rogue 7W for $100. I asked my clubsmith to Tip + Extend the women's flex shaft. But, he ended up putting in a demo PX EvenFlow 5.5 (65 gram) shaft he had laying around. He said the T+E would have messed up the shaft balance. And, he only charged me $20 for reshaft labor! 😀

 

Note: Rogue fairways have bonded (non-adjustable) heads.

Had a Nike 2 wood in my bag for the last 15-20 years. Play of 6 and it’s my go to 190-200yrd 90% straight club.  Have been reluctant to upgrade like rest of bag as I feel like I’ll be cutting me arm off 😆🤣😂
