Edit- the newer mascot bags are now the 2020 Hoofer Lite.  Fooling around with customizer, might order something like this...

don't the new models usually get released around end of Jan/Feb for ping bags? Per the normal cycle, 22 is supposed to be a redesign year.

Still using a 2020 stock Hoofer Lite and SM 2.5.  I had forgotten about the custom option, now that seed is planted again, hahaha

Thanks!  That color combo might work if I were a Georgia Tech fan but hopefully they will carry the double strap over to the regular L8, the standard navy blue is  just fine with me.

Bought a Hoofer Lite a few months ago and really like it.

I can’t believe there’s been nothing about new bags…there’s hardly any Hoofers available in the UK at the moment and I want a new bag…I can get an all black hoofer but I don’t want to buy now if there’s new ones due out in the next few weeks/months

What are your guys thoughts on the L8 double strap? Also i presume its still around 5 pounds even though the description states ultra light L8? 5 pounds is to heavy for a small carry bag

5 lbs is fine with the PING double strap as it carries so well.  That said, I can't think of any functional reason to go with the L8 over the Hoofer Lite.

Awful. I mean just give us some neutral color schemes for once — maybe some navy, charcoal, white, burgundy heavy schemes.  Enough with the solid lime greens and bright blues

They've had some good colors and then some horrendous colors, nothing in between.  That said, love the heather grey/navy/red, so I'm good for awhile.

I just ordered this exact bag. Got tired of having to put the water bottle in the ball pocket in my players 4 bag. Like the color scheme more in your pick than I even did on the ping site! The only question will be do I put it under the tree for a couple weeks or not!!

Looks like TaylorMade released new colors of its Flextech bag on its website. Hopefully means new Hoofer lineup is right around the corner….

I picked up this bag last year as well. Does everything I want and nothing I don't. To me its just perfect, easy to carry when walking and goes on a push or power cart perfectly as well. Love the little slot to put the cart strap through so you can still access all the pockets. Enough storage to fit everything you need and nothing you don't, to me its perfect. I like the blue colorway as well, works for me.

This is one of the best color ways which is why you see them bring it back every cycle in one form or the other.  Won’t be surprised to see it again for ‘22.  Hoping they keep much of the same features of this one in the new line, just better color ways.

The Hoofer Lite is just about perfect IMO.  It could be a little more on the "Lite" though.  But it's an absolutely fantastic bag.  If it had a better bottle holder, I'd have one of them instead of my new Vessel.

Looks like pics started leaking on wrx in Jan 2021 for last release, so may not see anything for ~3 or 4 weeks still.

Yea, I mean I hope to see it earlier but it’s usually around mid Jan till we see the pics. I’ve never seen them leaked early but there have been people who see them from ping rep prior and they describe them.
