I'm at 12 weeks, and still don't have a ship date, on my T300's with the standard AMT Red shafts. So, not that odd. Sounds like they are back filling in order received since everyone I know who have gotten theirs ordered well before me.

I received my T300 order on Sunday. Ordered 6 thru 53 with Modus Tour 105 Stiff 2 degrees flat. I received the 6 thru 48 and am still waiting on the  53. Placed order on September 8th.

November order for T100s with Modus 120s - Asked for an update last week and was told the Modus shafts are the issue and are not expected until April now vs Feb

 

Switched shafts and was told that would help with a late Feb build - kept my place in line

Im at 20 weeks, placed order early Sept, and seemingly Titleist has shut off their customer service department. It goes straight to VM without option to hold for a live rep. Cannot get the fitter to reply to any of my three emails requesting an update. Frustrating to say the least.

Ordered these 12/2. Was informed about the KBS shortages and switched to PX LZ 6.5 on 1/5. These just arrived today. 

 

Clubs were ordered through a locally owned golf shop that has a great relationship with their Titleist rep. I think this was a contributing factor to the quick turnaround. My buddy ordered the exact setup with the PX LZ shafts from Edwin Watts in September. He's still waiting.

Just received notice that my irons are shipping from DD. Ordered 10/6/21

T200 4 iron, KBS tour stiff, 1 flat NDMC White

T100 5-PW, KBS tour stiff, 1 flat NDMC White

 

First new irons since 2008. Very excited.

Hit the 8 week mark on my order of T100S stock L/L/L with Project X 6.5's, tour velvet cord grips.  My "order has been acknowledged", so not looking good.  Did ask for further update on what, if any components would hold it up, and if it happened to be grips to put literally anything or nothing on them.

I am right at 9 weeks with my order, T100 heads, PX 6.5 and +.25". I have been in contact numerous times with the retailer where I ordered them from and they've been kind enough to reach out to Titleist for me each time. Just spoke with them yesterday and the latest is that they are expecting an order of PX shafts to come in mid-Feb. (Keep in mind that shaft order was originally supposed to be in mid-Jan so take that for what it is) 

 

I was told that there is a chance I get 'some' of the shafts that come in mid-Feb, but no guarantee. The next batch after that is April. Not sure what I am going to do just yet as I would prefer to not have to wait until April.

 

Anyways, just wanted to give you some perspective as to what I've been told up until this point

That's good information as I haven't heard much on expectations with people ordering 6.5's. If it truly could be April before the shafts arrive, plus another few weeks for build time/shipping, I may just have to move on from these.  I definitely expected a couple months with the state of commerce, don't get me wrong, but I was told 4-8 weeks from my fitter based on my chosen components.  I guess it could be worse, I could play KBS shafts...

Ordered T100 with Project X LZ 6.5 on Dec 14 and was given target build date at end of March 2022. We'll see how many delays until mine is fulfilled!

I understand that Titleist is awaiting T100 (not T100S) heads at the moment.  March-April estimate of arrival.

I ordered T100S in early September with PX 6.5, I have called multiple times since and been given different info each time. Last was a little over two weeks ago. He told me they had a PX shipment in the building but it had not passed inspection yet. I have not received any updates since then so I might assume based off the mid Feb date mentioned they didn't pass inspection.

Another wrinkle:  Titleist rep gave me an update to my component inquiry today and stated that both 6.5's and grips were not an issue but the T100S heads are backordered now and not expected until the end of April. I have no idea if I should sit on it another month or just cancel now and try my luck with another brand.

I called to talk to Titleist myself today to try and get a feel for where they really are right now. All I can say is it's a mess, albeit not their fault. He told me that if I had ordered in September/October then I'd have a pretty good chance of getting them by the end of February. Since I ordered mid November he said the earliest was most likely end of March but could also be end of April. Basically a cat and mouse game of trying to have both components in at the same time, while also waiting for orders ahead of me to get fulfilled. I work in logistics and I totally understand why they are having issues getting components in and and even harder time trying to give time frames but man its frustrating lol

 

I ended up cancelling my order today because of all this. I found out a local club builder has all the components for my specific build in stock and can get it to me in less than a week so I've decided that is the route I am going to take from here. I'll be paying a bit of a premium but thankfully its not terribly unreasonable.

Ouch.  I was fitted 2 weeks ago for the T100s and my fitter was told end of February when he placed order. Looks like I will be lucky to get them by June.  Going to call my fitter and see if he can provide me with the order number so I can contact Titliest directly.  At this rate I may just wait for the 2023 model to be released or order the Mizunos which were a close second in my fitting.  The main issue was the Mizuno Pro 223 being $500 more due to extra charge for Steelfiber i95 shafts.   I ordered T100s 7-Gap, T200 5-6 with Tensei AV White Stiff shafts (stock shaft, better feel and numbers than steelfibers). Moving into Graphite to alleviate pain in my elbows.  Sold my Srixon z585’s but still have my old Ping i25’s to start the season with.

I gave up. Cancelled my order and bought stock T100s at Golf Galaxy. Not sure I made the right decision as I am struggling a little with the Project X LZ 6.0 compared to my KBS tour S shafts from before. Everything I read made it seem like these shafts were pretty similar but I guess time will tell. Maybe I shouldn't worry about it as I'm just hitting off mats inside. Thanks for listening!

I ordered a TSi 5 wood right before the new year thru my club and got it last week. Not too bad of a wait

I cancelled mine order for T100S too, went with mizuno pro 225. While they won’t ship till next week or so, I am hopeful the components are in stock as indicated by my shop. I suffered the same ping pong of reasons multiple times. I regret selling the selling the T100S set I got in aug, as I had no idea it would be this hard to replace. As for LZ 6.0 vs KBS tour they will feel pretty different, that’s what sucks the most about these delays is not being able to get what fits you best.

I ordered a custom U505 in December and it was received in a couple weeks.

Ordered a T200 pitching wedge (just one club) 22 days ago.  Order listed as "Not Shipped."  

 

Bottom line, without a wait, would have ordered new Titleist Irons months ago.  Now I'm just filling spaces in the bag.  Bummer Titleist.

Just a word of caution for anyone who orders the Golf Pride Z-Grip from Titleist- they are using a non-cord version.  There’s no indication of this when ordering.  I thought there was only the cord version available (there’s only one on GP’s website) and I use it on all my other clubs, so was really disappointed to see this.

Decided to go this route as well.  Cancelled my order yesterday after speaking with my club's titleist rep who gave me some honest answers about when I would realistically see a delievery.  Luckily I already play the shafts I need so it will just be swapping them into the (new to me) heads and throwing some grips on.  

 

On another note, a good buddy of mine ordered the T200 Utility with a Ventus and received his order in about 2 weeks.  That may be helpful to some.

I’m UK based and my club pro is getting irons two weeks after ordering at the moment. He has only ordered t200 and t300 recently however. No information as to specifics of shafts etc but may be useful information for someone.

Same here (UK based). Ordered T100s, 2 degrees upright with PX LZ 6.0 and multi compound grips in early January. Was told there was a shaft and grip shortage and they wouldn't be back in stock until the 20th of February. Wasn't sure what to make of that estimate based off information on here.
