Monte’s new Broom Force

 For me his videos are so good, so helpful, and have taught me so much about the golf swing this was a no brainer buy.

Another great video from Monte.  Similar stuff that I've seen from Jake Hutt, Clay Ballard and other instructors, but presented in an easy to digest format.  Wife was looking at me weird when I was in the garage doing a drill with a broom and soda bottle.

My GF was pleasantly surprised when I grabbed the broom, but when I asked her to turn around she got a bit suspicious...and rightfully so!

 

Fun video, good reinforcement of proper sequencing and where/when to apply power.

Guys, we really ought to support Monte when these programs come out! They always offer a ton of value relative to the price, and he's very generous with his knowledge on this forum.

I always buy the vids. Even if some of the items don't apply I love learning about the swing so I enjoy watching them just from an informative aspect. Plus, who knows, later on down the road there could be something that didn't apply before that does now so they are great for that as well.  Looking forward to purchasing this one and watching as always.

Monte has provided a lot of support to amateur golfers for years and most of it at no charge. A less than $20 video series is an easy purchase decision to support him.

I also watched it last night. I'd been working on some feels from Monte's early extension series & I felt like at least two of these drills (thinking of the Two Justins & the Slap Shot) really help me feel my hips get deeper on the downswing than I had been able to before.

 

Not to mention the feeling of truly accelerating through the ball! I was contemplating using a weighted club or a speed stick during the counter drill as an additional way of getting my arms to really feel speed through that follow through motion.

I got 5 birdies in the first 10 holes I played after just watching the PREVIEW of BROOMFORCE on Instagram. It was just that good.

 

But in all seriousness, the content helped me visually pull together a lot of the things Monte and I have been working on recently. The 5 birdies were just a perk. I bought it in the hopes of 10 birdies.

This was awesome. The video mentions "maximizing swing speed" in the title but as someone who already moves it plenty fast, this was a far bigger help for me in terms of sequencing. The Two Justins drill Monte uses gets the handle exiting how he wants it + gets me to a full finish like I cant make myself feel otherwise. Totally worth the money per usual!

This makes the 6th Monte video I've bought and consumed all the way back to the original short game vid...and the thing I love about his videos is that they all pretty much work with each other and you can take bits and pieces you like from various series and put them together and it just works. My swing is currently UTB for short game, Efficient Swing for backswing, NTC for transition, using drills from D4D for specific areas of emphasis. Going to add the power of the BROOM FORCE in the coming weeks and months!

I liked how @MonteScheinblum used some pretty decent players in his lesson case studies.    If I saw those guys on a range with their "before" swings, I'd think "high single digit."

I'm really enjoying it. To me its paired nicely with some of the stuff he has me working on with the Improvement Plan. The Hockey Drill is the exact opposite of what I do so no wonder he keeps telling me to fix my darn pressure shift.
