Pretty cool concept. I've never owned anything from Jones before, but I've often considered buying one of their duffel or carry bags. The only part that concerns me is the piece in bold: These Blind Draw bags include showroom samples, minor embroidery mistakes on club logos and small quality control defects. 

 

I could stomach the minor QC defect or the showroom sample, but I'm not sure I'd want something with another club's logo (probably one I've never heard of) on it.

 

If there is anyone who has ever ordered one of their "blind sale" items... Would you mind sharing what you ended up receiving??

To be perfectly honest, you're probably better off waiting for the Black Friday 40% off sale. You'll pay a little bit more, but IMO that's worth it to get exactly what you want. I've bought blind draw items before on other items like cooler bags or similar accessories that I just wanted an item on a discount and didn't care about a logo, but for a bag I wouldn't be as carefree. Just my .02.

I got a canvas carry bag that ended up being some schools gifts to their kids for winning a state championship. I've never used it because I have zero clue what team it is. They must be decent though since they are the 2019 State Champions though, haha.

 

@VNutz Is probably right, wait for the 40% off sale unless you really dont care whats embroidered on it.

Well that's a nice gift! Myself and my team won 4 state championships when I was in school and we didn't get crap for winning. We even had to buy our own state championship rings, but I guess that's what happens when you go to public school.... 🤣

I bought a bunch of stuff from the blind sales.

I bought 3 shoes bags. I ended up with 3 Jones Classic shoe bags, no logos, one Heather Brown, one Heather Navy, and 1 Vinyl red/white.

I bought 2 duffels. Both are Orange Heather with no logos.

I also bought 2 carry bags. 1 is a red/white nylon Original Jones, and the other is a Grey Utility Rover. The Original Jones had no logos. The Utility Rover had the Los Angeles Country Club on the side. LOL.

So I guess I really lucked out. 7 items, only 1 logo, and it happens to be from an elite country club.

Now that I’m examining it and looking at it up close, its definitely a bear.

I've bought 2 shoe bags, a dopp kit, a duffle and 3 different bags over the years for the and have only received 1 logo.  I've never noticed any real or major defects on any of the items.  I noticed one of the bags I ordered didn't have like the extra Zipper pull on the Zippers but that's about it from a quality stand point. 

 

The one bag I got with a logo was from the Olmypic Club for a USGA event that looked like a bag they either gave away to participants or was on sale on site for people to buy.  Small logo on the long pocket on the side, didn't mind it at all and it fit with the Red/White/Blue theme of the bag.

I have gotten the shag bag/cooler and got an interesting Japanese name. Got an American flag logo on a stand bag. I've done pretty well I guess. Ordered 2 shoe bags for the heck of it.

Ended up with two heather brown with no logo or embroidery. Wish there was some variation but hard to complain I guess.

I’m a sucker. I jumped on for 2 blind shoe bags. Let’s see what comes. Thanks for everyone’s responses in making me feel more comfortable it wouldn’t be absolute junk!  🤞

Just ordered a shoe bag, I'd be happy with that one!!!  Also got the Orange duffle last time around but have always missed out on the golf bag blind draws.  I will pay closer attention.

You guys inspired me. I took it out yesterday for its maiden run after it having been sitting here for 2 years. The first person I saw.... "what is that?" and I said "Well it could be a bear, or a badger, or a wolverine, who knows?"

 

Now I'll have to add Wildcat into it, haha.

Received my order - 2x blind shoe bags and exact same result. Wish they would vary it up so you don’t have two of the same, but can’t argue with the quality and logo free!

Just happened to get lucky last week and saw a trouper stand bag blind sale . Couldn’t be happier with the bag . Trouper bag sand color with a green shamrock for embroidery
