Titleist 680 COPPER?

Stripped the chrome and copper plated them....It would be nice if he could have at least mentioned this in his ad....They look pretty nice though.

I would assume there was some weight loss on those. Isn't the copper finish on a forged club going to be pretty soft (in the sense of nicks and dings and scratches). I know the copper face of the MacGregor Colokroms wears away...

To say "RARE" is like spray-painting them green and saying they're rare - yeah, if you mess with them yourself, of course they're going to be rare. For a while, I had a "RARE" Never Compromise putter - - it was up a pine tree, and it was the ONLY putter up that pine tree - "one of a kind"!

I thought there were safety or environmental problems with copper irons - wasn't that why Ping stopped making the ISI copper?

The item has been pulled from auction - wonder why??
