Same as above.  This Thursday they will be revealing (maybe releasing?) the new Inovai and possibly the other new lines.  Teasers make them look all black.  Inovai has an 8.0 armlock.

You can see the new shape of the spider-ish putter, they released a Hive edition for Veterans Day with a ice-blue Inovai 'proto', which I believe is the same shape (or so the teasers look) as the new model

Surprised to see the BB series go to stainless, I believe that was the last OTR carbon putter available. Pour one out for my carbon lovers, but hopefully they improved the shape as the 2020 BB1 was the worst one yet.

Inovai 6.0 almost same as 2020 just black and now in the RC Face vs F.I.T.

Inovai 8.0 I am intrigued a bit with this one.

Inovai 8.0 I am intrigued a bit with this one.

Their customer service probably got tired of people complaining their putter was defective when it rusted after leaving it outside for a week.

The 6.0 looks great. Black is a big upgrade over that blue and the RC face should help speed things up over the slow FIT face. The slowness of the 6.0 was my main issue with it.

I guess I don’t understand the 8.0. The spider shape was all about moving weight out to the corners. This just looks like a mallet posing as a spider shape since the entire back part is aluminum.

That's definitely it for the BB series I mean there was that thread here a month or two ago.

The 6.0 I guess if you're a fan of them it is an improvement.

The 8.0 I think it's more an alignment thing? I mean look at that line it's huge but it's seems to be pretty weight forward vs weight back like the Spider.

I would agree on that. Hell, there was a thread here a few months ago from a guy complaining about his BB putter rusting. Eventually, we find out he stored his putter in his car trunk in Houston. I feel for customer service reps.

Personally, I find this BB line to be extremely underwhelming. I get why they moved to 303, but carbon steel on the old BB line is what made those putters somewhat unique for a retail line. While these are well done, it is just another stainless steel putter in the marketplace. Plus, they didn't update the shapes at all. I have always found Bettinardi's blades to be way too boxy, wish they would thin out the BB1 a bit in at least one of these BB releases.

I agree on 6.0. The blue was not my cup of tea, the black/silver look much, much better. Combined with RC face, I'm intrigued.

I never played the FIT face, but the RCF is nice and springy for sure. Ball rolls with minimal effort. I'm definitely sold. I think it's a major upgrade to any line the apply it to.

Yeah, I’m not impressed with the BB either. There are plenty of milled 303 putters and $420 is steep. When the Scotty special select is $399 and fancy stuff like Swag is $100 more I don’t quite think these will make an impact.

Carbon was the main selling point of the BB line. The old BB8w was the only good shape in the last line though… the BB1 was just bad

Agree completely. At $300, the 2020 BB line was at a really solid price point in the marketplace, with the unique feature of being carbon steel. A lot of putter for the money. This new release is neither unique nor a good deal.

Aw, man. I always liked that the BB line was the sort of barebones Bettinardi model available at a reasonable price. It was a very workmanlike, no-frills putter.

These all LOOK fantastic, but that $430 price tag is a tough pill to swallow for a basic blade.

agreed priced from $300 to $430 and no adjustable weights? Huge fan of Bettinardi but I'm not rich and have to be practical.

I know I'm crapping all over this release (my apologies in advance), but jeez, even the face milling on the new BB line is beyond basic. Disappointing considering Bettinardi's history of bringing out unique face millings.

Count me in the side of a big "nope".  As a lefty I am extremely POd to still see one option only.  Good god, it's 2022.  Everything goes through a CNC machine.  You click "mirror image" and go.  I get the less sales for lefty, but maybe, just maybe give some options and see what happens.  Or make 10% of them in each model for lefty folks, and when they sell out they are unavailable.  No one can give me good reasons why not to make both dexterities these days.

And the price increase and change to stainless is not a selling point.  I would take a Scotty at less price any day of the week., and have adjustable weights.

The Bettinardi prices are up from year 2020, but prices are up at all makers.

Toulon $450.  Scotty is currently $400 in prior release and who knows what it will be in the next iteration.

I know, but Scotty Cameron now being the more affordable option is certainly something. The Scotty will hold its value more for when you’re tired of it too. I think Bettinardi is in for a rude awakening if they think people are willing to pay more for one of their OTR putters over Scotty.
