3. Overland Park, KS is closest, but my last fitting there didn't really go well, so might travel to the St. Louis location that my brother had a good experience in.

4. Yes, and Club Champion OP and a couple other local fitters over the last decade or so.

5. Full bag is the way to go, as I really need to mesh the long game gapping and dial in bottom end bag setup. I had a putter fitting at Club Champion OP and it nailed it - so good there.
