Keeping white plastic outsoles looking good

I'm getting a pair of FJ Packard white shoes, which include a white outsole.  It's a high quality shoe, not a throwaway, so I want to keep them looking good.  Sort of dreading the white outsole.  Beyond the obvious of cleaning it after each round, what will it take to keep that outsole from getting too crappy?

I would apply some Crep Protect.. Apply it every couple of rounds, it'll help keep everything clean... I use it on all of my shoes (golf & casual)

Thanks.  I went and read some reviews on Amazon, and some people with leather shoes complained that it discolored the leather.  So if I use it, I'll tape off the leather and just spray the sole.

The best way to keep white, white is by not wearing it.

Whatever treatment you use you should still take a damp towel and wipe them off after each round.  Then place in wooden shoe trees.

I've used some waterproofing sprays with some success in the past along with a good supply of Mr Clean magic eraser... but they will change color over time.

The mr clean magic eraser really does help though... Costco boxes required.. 😄

Turtle Wax Ice Total Interior Care the entire shoe (not the soles lol). Great for leather and plastics, cleans and protects.

Just use a magic eraser. It will take it back to looking brand new if they are really dirty. Outside of that, just use a damp rag.

Magic erasers clean well. If you have some scotch guard around, it will help keep them clean. +1 to wiping them off after playing everytime and cedar shoe trees, which keep them looking/smelling newer.

Great looking shoes you selected. seen that model in store and they look just wonderful.

you'll get about two good seasons out of them before they look well-played, no matter what you do to preserve the 'new car look'.

keep in mind that once they're molded to your foot, they'll feel even better.

replace the insoles as needed and give them the scrub they deserve after each round.

to paraphrase an earlier poster , white stays white only in the box - pretty fair assessment.

scars add character. like the soles of forged irons telling the tale.

enjoy them.
