Haven’t found a place local to get a “feel”. May order a few to try out.

overall how do you like them and compared size wise to Golf Prides?

Feel softer

They make 3 sizes now 1.8 2.0 and 2.3

For me the 1.8.is undersize the 2.0.about standard and the 2.3 slightly too big for me

Played the 2.3 sticky for years, then went to the NDMC for years, now going back to the 2.3. They just feel great, tacky and clean easily.

I have the X-Evolution 2.3s, which are more of a budget Iomic grip, and they are fantastic. Compared to GPs, I'd have to say they feel thinner - although not necessarily smaller - IMHO.

Bump.  I find that I have a tough time getting the size right. I think I had the 2.3s and they seemed a hair small compared with NDCC, I gotta experiment with adding a few wraps. If anyone has an experience with this let me know.

Use a "T" bar remover . I have used Iomic putter grips for years and love them. I adjusted my putter length a few years ago and forn the "T" bar grip remover worked the best.

Very good grips, firm underlayment with material on top to give softer feel but still excellent traction and bad weather performance. The only knock I have on them is the taper is too much for me so I have to build up lower hand with 2 or 3 wraps depending on shaft. I wish they would produce a sticky 2.3 that is a tad longer with less taper and they would have a near perfect grip.

super easy to use air with both full swing Iomic and putter grips

I just picked up a Sticky mid to throw on something. Not on the club I will say it certainly doesn’t feel tacky for whatever reason. And one more gripe is the lack of any texture down by the logo. Idk what the deal is with that. Could be a deal breaker for me as far as going on irons since I like to choke down often to hit different shots. Might just feel off.

but giving them a shot because it’s one that’s been on my radar for sometime. Just the preview before use has me a bit up in the air.

Where did you buy it from.  There are a lot of FAKE Iomic grips on the market that don't feel the same as the genuine ones.

I bought it from my local club builder when I was getting some work done on a club. I would assume he is getting legit stuff

wipe it with a towel and some water, it'll get tacky. There are fakes out there but if you bought it from Iomic or one of the authorized distributors that won't be an issue. That being said, I've only used the 2.3s and not the midsize. I also ordered a Midsize to throw on the driver to test the size of it instead of jimmying 2-3 layers of tape under the grip which makes the grips wear faster.

I also just ordered some Sticky 2.3.  Directly from Iomic USA.  I dont know what it is, but it's neither sticky nor tacky.  As best I can describe, it makes the heel pad on my upper hand moist.  I also ordered the x-Grip and Pure Pro for comparison.  In my opinion, X-Grip (which does not come in mid-size)  > Pure Pro > Sticky

The Grip Master is superior to all of them.

Great grips, I use the 2.3. The only issue for me is the wear out out a little quicker than most. I will regroup 2x per season. Highly recommend them.

Do you grip really tight...?  Or just play everyday??  I play Iomic Sticky Mid's and they last for years.  My previous set has had them on for 3 years.  Replaced the 6i and PW because those are the clubs I warm up with and they did start to show some wear after about 2 years.  I play 50-60 rounds a year.  I used to replace my GP TV's twice a year.  Iomic Sticky's are great.  Great feel and they last.  Hot water and a good towel dry is all they need to stay feeling soft and tacky.

I've heard from many that to really give the Iomic grips a good cleaning is to wipe them down with acetone after you clean them with warm soapy water.  I played Iomic Sticky 2.3's for years when I owned my golf shop and used this method with very good success.

After washing with soapy water, once completely dry, I've always found them to be exactly like new. To get any stickier they'd have to melt.

I've played the Sticky Mid exclusively for close to ten years now.  I have a lot of people ask me about them and pretty much everyone that's held them has switched and really likes them.

I've heard the complaints about them not lasting very long and I don't get it.  I've played them on some clubs for over three years without issue and I play four or five times a week and hit LOTS of range balls.

Wiping them down with a damp towel brings the tackiness back instantly but about once every four to six weeks I wipe them down with an old towel and acetone and they just keep getting better and better.

I occasionally get some discoloration where my left thumb grips the club but it doesn't effect the playability in the least.  I install all my grips with air and if you're REALLY wanting to extend the life of the grip when it does start wearing just flip it over and play on.

I do this occasionally with grips that I put on clubs just to experiment with.  If I like the club I blow the older grip off and install a new one although the old one would perform just fine as is.

Also they don't absorb water which makes them perfect for playing in the rain or extreme humidity.
