How heavy is your putter?

My putters are in the mid to upper 340g range.  Added lead tape to get them around 355g, give or take.  At that point it is about feel and the flow of the stroke so a couple grams of lead tape plus or minus is the tweak I do.  Once I find the right amount I leave the putter alone no matter what type of green speed or grass I putt on.

410 gram head.  I play an Evnroll ER7 at 31 inches.  370 gram head plus 8 nickels (5 grams each) attached to the bottom with some lead tape.

National Custom blade 385 gram head at 39 inches. 380-390 is my best zone and has been for a long time. I used to have to pile on the lead and tungsten powder to get my weight right.

I think what matters is whether a player is able to roll the ball well and make putts. Most players say " I like this style putter"  or " I prefer that weight putter", which is fine, but if the player doesn't make putts with same then I question why the player likes it. So I believe the "right answer" is the one that actually makes the most putts.

6’3” and thanks to a bad back, have moved from a 33” to a 35” putter. Here’s my Evnroll build and I occasionally mess around with an Anser Milled 5 that’s 355g plus however much less tape I’ve piled on the bottom.

Why do so many people post putter head weights, not total weight?

Head weight tells me nothing much, as I don’t detach the shaft and measure that.   I want to find the right total weight and swing weight, things I can measure.

No but my quick guess is that it’s somewhere in the D5-E1 range based on these
