My stream is showing 3 young attractive Korean in knee highs playing hit & giggle golf....hopefully it switches to the BMW soon.

This is going to be a hard one to follow. With GC coverage delayed over 18 hours for the final three rounds, it's basically going to be a highlight reel.

 

Seven KLPGA players in the top 13 after the first round. 'No real shocker there. It looks like it's going to be another birdiefest with a winning score pushing 20 under.

 

Always a treat to see In Gee's name near the top of the leaderboard. Her last win was in Korea, and it would be fantastic to see her do it again.

 

Hee Young's sister Ju Young is also up there. She's been having a nice season on the KLPGA.

 

Slow start for Jin Young. No wire to wire win here, and she better get hot tomorrow to even get into the weekend conversation.

The guy in the above video is a pansy boy.....there are quite a few younger Korean guys who are quite feminine.....just sayin.

 

We use to play in a golf league with a Korean guy who had a man purse...WTH.

And I also played golf with a Korean guy who had a butterfly decal on the crown of his Titleist driver....another WTH.

 

Many of the JDM clubs have pansy boy whippy graphite shafts and really thin grips.

So The Good Doctor was the one who successfully "greased" Dean "Chin Strap Face Mask" Herdin to loop for Dumbo just like good old days at Lancaster.

 

Hmmm...Tina up to her old tricks???...fired another loop.

David Jones is on Old Ko's bag....David has been absent for a while...he used to loop for Dumbo and Namdalla.

 

Hmmm....some pros brought their regular loops...some not.

 

On the KLPGA, the loops wear face masks.....not here....Mollie doesn't believe in science??

I don't think it is a weak field. There are a lot of the top players there, just not a lot of the top US players.  I just wonder how they didn't have to quarantine and why they don't let any foreigners travel to Korea without quarantine. I would have traveled there this summer. 😝

The TV crew talked about the "bubble". I assume the players travel directly from the airport to the hotel, and aren't allowed anywhere except the golf course.

You're too old to know it perhaps.  It's a recent phenomenon  ... used to mock the "nouveau riche" with no class.   It's used to describe  the posers ... buy expensive stuff, just to look good, but not really a player or whatnot.  Also buy latest release of Grand Cru / Premier Cru Bordeaux wines only to drink immediately instead of allowing to age into its prime tasting years.

 

PS ... I like some of the Master Bunny stuff!  I use them to protect my irons and wedges when traveling!

I used to work in the hospitality industry..... in the mid 80's....I had the privilege of having a glass of 1961 Chateau Mouton Rothshield.

I decanted it for a customer...he asked me if I have ever tried it...I said no...he told me to pour myself a glass....it was awesome.

1961 was a FANTASTIC year in Bordeaux...they year I was born too.

 

Brought back a bottle of Chateau d'Yquem when we were in Paris in 2008...opened it on my 50th Bday....I LUV dessert wine...Nectar of the Gods.
