Huge spine angle change, too far out to in, still hitting it really solid

All year I was struggling with a huge hook. A path that was way to far in to out and terrible contact with all irons. 

Wedges were pretty good. 

 

Now I've been focusing on 2 things. Trying to straighten out my swing path and improved tempo. As well as feeling my wrists flatten out as soon as I start my backswing. 

 

These few thoughts have got me hitting all my irons very pure with a nice divot afterward.

But I have seen my wedges get worse. I am crazy steep on my wedges taking huge divots and am constantly pulling iron shots with what seems to be a out to in path. Any thoughts on any of this? 

 

I want to fix my spine angle change to get a baby draw back. As this swing produces strictly fades but I worry I will loose my pure contact I am currently getting

You have some long arms. I'd started with less knee flex and standing a bit closer to it. Your grip could be a bit strong from what I'm seeing in the clubface position.

You lose it but if you pause at impact you're pretty much back to where you started from; pros play fades for a reason.

Yes my long arms have always made me struggle with distance from ball and posture. Probably a big reason my swing/ball flight has changed so many times throughout the year. 

I find when I stand closer I start getting really toe heavy divots which I really don't like. Trying to find a happy medium.

I really don't have a problem with the fade. My main concern right now is that I feel like I could lose consistency with the changes in spine angle. I feel like it may be causeing me to come in really steep with my wedges which by itself isn't the biggest problem. But I feel like the pulls are a big problem for me

You remind me of Keegan Bradley a bit with your setup and body type. 

He stays taller in the backswing. You really dip down excessively. Keeping your height might be a good feel.
