R9 TP b’s can be had pretty cheaply, if you don’t need conforming grooves.

P7TW. Had these for a year Tiger Spec. Phenomenal irons.

Or try to get your hands on those new JT Protos. Lol

Based on the op’s desire the TW has more than twice as much offset as the New Level.

True, but half the offset he currently games. I have a New Level 2i in the bag, it's a great club. Never seen another one in the wild though. I checked them out they have some killer deals online. Might be worth a try.

@Jpowell2142 you might also like to consider these.

whilst not true blades per se... these are marketed as “true zero-offset”

Not sure if you’d consider them blade enough but the Sub 70 649 MBs don’t have a lot of offset listed in their spec sheet

Was going to say this. 0.5mm constant offset is pretty much the lowest you'll find on the market, and you're paying DTC prices.

What’s the b stamping? These look like cavities, but they are incredibly low in offset. Never even heard of them either

They are CB's, but feel great and have minimal offset.  TM just does a bunch of different heads for players and sometimes releases them to retail.  The R9 TPs had a retail, B and C heads.  Tho some of the B's did make it to retail.

Used set of the awesome Cobra King Forged CB/MB set is what you are looking for.

If you search enough, you can find a full set of the MB's.

The offset of the King Forged CB and MB is less than the specs you provided in the first post above.

Ding me with PM if you are interested in 7i thru PW in the MB (brand new, heads only).  I converted my CB/MB set to full CB, so I've got those 7-PW on my bench.

Here is the offset spec. Not much less ... but in terms of offset ... every mm is huge.  From address, these appear to have zero offset.

Of currently available products, the Cobra RF forged or RF Protos would fit what you're looking for, at 0.64 mm.

The Sub70 649 Tours have slightly less offset than the Cobras, 0.5 mm, and have the benefit of being close to half the price.

If you want the godfather of no offset blades, and don't mind weaker lofts and older sets, I would suggest looking for Tommy Armour 986 Tours.  They are legendary for their lack of offset.  They may actually have onset.  They were produced from 1986-1995, not the easiest to find, but there are sets out there.  The lofts are such that they have a 50* PW which makes most folks back away these days, LOL.

Adding an image of a 986 Tour clubhead at address.  The carpet fibers obscure the leading edge slightly, but it should give you an idea.

Probably not the least offset, but the last few versions of Wilson blades looked like they had very little offset.

Exactly why I went with the Sub 70’s.  After hitting them side by side with the Cobras, TW’s, and pretty much all the other mainstream stuff the 649 MB’s were just as good or better than most for me at half to 1/3 the price! I highly recommend them.

I played the Arias zero offset irons for a while, pretty decent irons for the price. The interesting part was I launched them significantly higher than my other sets.

I was interested in those, pretty much a zero offset CB.  They are supposed to have a new head coming out in 2022.  I'm waiting to see what it's about.

I currently play the Arias D-23 and have for the last year and half or so. They aren't blades, larger than most true players cavity backs, but they are as they claim, true zero offset.

I like them a lot. As @DeCuchi said, they are supposed to be coming out with a smaller, real player's cavity back early next year and a driving iron that looks amazing later this year.
