Craziest thing I witnessed

I was at a charity event this weekend, a scramble format/play. This was their first event that I assume will be an annual thing every October in honor of a special person who bravely battled breast cancer.

It’s a fun event overall, like other events that I do yearly to raise funds. So nothing is really taken that serious in this team event...... Well not until we caught up with the group in front of us.

 

The team consisted of 3 men and a lady (🏳️‍🌈). The lady was yelling on every hole/shot like she was at a football game. Yelling, shouting, and cussing her arse off on bad/good shots she or her male partner produced. And, her teammate had issues too.. he threw his club sideways after a horrible shot. 🤦‍♂️ 
 

WHY?! I don’t get it lol...She dressed the part of a golfer but acted like a WWE Wrestler or from roller (skate) derby. It was rather very sad to see. (They don’t look like newbies, they got some game)

In the clubhouse after the round, did she pick up one of the chairs and start smashing her partner over the head with it? Because that would have been a real giveaway.

 

Or, when it was her turn to putt, did she climb on to the highest piece of ground she could find before leaping flamboyantly onto the green? That would have been another giveaway.

Normally i'd frown upon this--But if i saw this in a charity event/vegas it would be among the 10 greatest things i saw that year

 

Other giveaways:

-Slapping the putter head a few times right before knocking it in (like Rock did with the people's elbow)

-Grabbing a mic while on the green and yelling at the group behind you that they are a bunch of jabronis, their hometown sucks and they will never hit the green

-Playing theme music before every drive

Not gonna lie, it’s 50-50 between this behavior and the cheaters in scrambles as to which is worse.  I guess at least this team was entertaining 🤷‍♂️

It’s topics like this that I most appreciate regarding this site. On a crappy wet and windy morning here in Chitown I laughed a bit at the mixture of pro wrestling and golf.😂

Yep it is the enterainment value--- And yes it is also crappy and raining in the Grand Strand area of SC too but no excessive wind so I can somewhat relate to the Windy City

Yup and she can camel clutch anyone, but being 5’ tall and Buffy legs, the figure four wouldn’t be tight enough.

 

 With another team.. we almost saw someone roll into the bunker. He was lit..

I think the craziest one I ever played in was down here when I first moved to the beach--- Just to give a teaser the beer and liquor flowed and there were several adult enterainers running around topless or completely naked--- The real kicker was it was a benefit for the Police Benelovent Association.

she had missed a putt and she was about to sledge hammer the green when she raised her putter up in the air with a piercing scream for Thor! Good she held back.. those greens are nice lol

We played up in NC for a Shriners charity. I always support anything the Shriners do--- This guy on my team I knew well. His dad was a MD and big in the Shriners in the area. Anyhow there was a crowd on the first tee and my partner swung at the drive hard showing off. His belt broke and his pants slid down to the ankles. Kicker was he was going commando--- everyone just about died right there--- All during the day you could hear some clown singing in a Frankie Vallo falsetto voice " theres a moon out tonight ohh wooo". That night I did sleep curled up in the passenger seat of my Vette too blasted to leave

Used to attend quite a few FOP and various other department outings, before I retired, that had nice looking “hostesses”. Awhile back one County SO outing (that will go nameless) made the nightly news for various sexual shenanigans that residents adjacent to the course witnessed and that put an end to those type of “fun”outings.

First off thanks for your service as a Police Officer----- Yep some prudes got on the bandwagon on that one and the press got ahold on the mess---- But no one Police wise got fired or disicliplined---- I got invited because  knew a bunch of Cops and the guys I played with needed a ringer. Trust me I will be dammed if I remember if we won or not but it was fun. My wife saw the reports that Monday on local TV--- I told her BS they are trying as usual to make the Cops look bad

Their golf course behavior reflects their manners away from the course...junk-yard-dogs.

I was in one of those types of charity events once. One rule no photos, of course some idiot forgot, took a picture then their wife/gf found out, now the event is less spicy
