I have 2 60s; 10 bounce and 8 bounce.

 

In the late spring until rye overseed in November I play the 10. Living in central fl, the ground is always wet or moist throughout the summer. The 10 doesn't dig.

 

But November until sometime in March, when it's dryer and everyone overseed with rye, lies get tighter. The 8 is better in those conditions. The 10 tends to bounce into the ball too much. Not skanking across the green bad but just enough to cause havoc with hitting my landing spot consistently.

The 58 is 13 bounce and the 53 gap is 10 bounce. Florida based but it worked fine in Michigan.

I have the M grind in my sw & lw. The 60 is bent to 59-07. 
 

The course I play on gets firm during the summer, but plays quite soft in the winter. 
 

I find they offer enough versatility during the seasons.

Vokey 60 degree M grind with 8 degrees of bounce. Our bunkers get hard packed after rains so the lower bounce works well, also chipping off of tight lies around the green.

 

My 56 is a Vokey D grind with 12 degrees of bounce I use in fluffy sand and out of heavy rough. 

 

In the past I played a 54.16 K grind but its too much bounce off of full shots from the fairway. My next wedge will likely be a low bounce K grind as I really like the wide sole.

My 60 has 4 degrees - L Grind.

 

Feel like I get a more precise contact with that that I can be with higher bounce lobbers.

Given the wide ranging bunker conditions I find in my rotation of courses, I like having two, very different bounce options. I have 60/4 and 56/14.

 

I find that (admittedly, very wide) range of bounce options between those two clubs to be quite useful. Loft differences I can easily adjust for with swing length or a bit of de-lofting, but bounce is more difficult to mimic with swing technique manipulation.

SM7 58* M Grind 8* Bounce. Only use it for a couple shots a round but a lifesaver when I need it. Super versatile and can do exactly what I need it to (open face, square, bunker, tight lies, full shots, etc)

Zipcore 58/6 low grind. Only really use it if I short side myself or for the tightest of lies. 54/10 mid grind is my workhorse for pretty much everything around the green. I wouldn't go much higher bounce than that, I'm fairly shallow and my typical miss is a thin/blade.

My 58* New Level Forged M-type wedge has 12* of bounce. It is great for everything from bunker shots to chips from the fringe.

Callaway MD5 60.08 low bounce wide sole.  Very versatile club.  Playable out of pretty much any lie or condition and outstanding out of the bunker.

Vokey 60*12D and im in Florida. I use it in the sand and all around the green. Tight lies, lush lies, it honestly just does it all for me. No technical reasoning, it just works.

I have a 58 with 12* bounce and another 58 with 10* bounce and I notice the difference but really just depends on wether conditions are soft or firm

I prefer consistency, so I go with 10 deg of bounce on my sand and lob wedges. I chip with both, pitch with both and hit bunker shots with both.

My lob wedge is 60/6 but my strong sand wedge is 54/12, works just fine.

60o/8. I have a 56o/12 but I just cannot get out of the bunkers here with that - need the lower bounce. I just ordered a bunch of wedges (same as RogerInNewZealand photos: full face RTX - 9 bounce (52o, 54o, 58o) - only bounce option available online. Should be ok for conditions here.

When I bought them, I didn't really understand bounce, but since most of the courses I play are crap/rock hard condition, I thought low bounce would be best.

Even on better conditions, I still love the 60, I use it for all sorts of shots, anything from 40-85 yards but rarely a full swing. I love to open it up and flop it, so the LB definitely helps in that regard.  

 

My 56 is mostly used for either chipping or fuller shots, 60-75% swing.

The only bounce on my 60 degree wedge was the two it made off the pavement before landing in the trash can. If my 4i doesn't get its head in the game it'll be next.

Used old Vokey oil can wedges for years with a 52/8 & 58/8.  Late last season went to new SM8's with an M grind 52/12 & F grind 58/12.  I have really liked this new set.  Find it easier to pick a ball from a tight lie, hardpan & our packed sand traps than the old Vokeys.  Plus, I can square the face out of a trap with little effort to get the ball out.  About the only negative I have noticed is if I have a wet lie, I can take enough turf to make a blue plate special if I don't pay attention.  I would give that about a .5 on the 1 to 10 scale on negative scores.

I have a couple 60's with different bounces depending on climate/conditions of the course. Lower bounce for desert/links golf, higher bounce for PNW courses.

Went from S grind Vokeys and MD5’s which were also 10* bounce if I remember correctly.

 

Ping iron and now PXG iron player so I like more bounce not less in all my irons and wedges
