Nice! Would love to see a brand breakdown of what you ended up with!

13 Titleist, 8 Callaway, 6 Srixon, 5 TaylorMade, 3 Kirkland and rest were Topflites, Pinnacles, etc. They were all sitting off the greens, bushes all lost their leaves so I could see right into the bush. Easy pickings.

I’ve tried a lot of colors and I’m not convinced any of them are easier to spot among leaves.  I don’t think I’ve tried pink, maybe I’ll give it a go.

Could be right but I've found the new 2021 Yellow "Hi-vis" colour on the Taylormade is more pronounce than before, could just be my eye but I always switch to the yellow TP5x... definitely easier to spot.

I tried colored balls last year, that's how I ended up playing orange. But turned out the white was actually easier to find in the leaves, so now I save my orange for Spring.

Used near mint white balls. Just got 48 Srixon Q Star Tours on Monday ($35).

Same here. I've tried various colors of balls to cope with New England foliage but in the end boring ol' white seems to work best for me. I usually stick with Duo Soft, Hammer Control, etc when it gets cold and the leaves are everywhere.

The Q-Star in Red/Yellow are surprisingly easy to spot in fallen leaves, and fun to watch spinning on pitch shots.

I like the Vice Pro neon yellow for the fall and winter months. Good ball, good performance and the ball practically glows….

My regular course is one of the Robert Trent Jones Trail courses that sees tourist groups all summer.  I pickup their slice monsters all summer, then play them all winter.  Like most of you, I hate losing a ball I paid for in the middle of the fairway.  I have a trash can full of them in the garage and just grab a handful on my way out the door.

I like the battery powered leaf blower idea.

To the OPs question, if I'm hustling or playing skins in the cooler months, I move to a softer ball.  Particularly the 3 and 4 piece balls built for distance will "harden" as the temp drops.  It doesn't get that cold here, but moving from 90's all summer to 50-60 in the winter will change the characteristics some.  Think Pro V1 to AVX or Z Star to Soft Feel.

I play at Grand National quite a bit.  Played the Links Course there last week and lost 3 balls in the rough.  Couldn't believe it.

That Links Course is tough.  #18 is on my top 10 list of most hated holes.  A group of us try to make our way through all the RTJs every year.  Missed a few this year, but we'll hit those first this year.

Cambrian Ridge and Ross Bridge are always the toughest for me.  Cambrian because we play 27 holes in one day and Ross because of it's length.

Great public golf asset we have here.

Ive been playing Yellow TP5/ProV1 for a few months now as my eyesight is not the greatest and I was finding I was losing sight of white balls in overcast skies.

I’ve noticed a huge difference in durability of TP5 vs ProV1 though…I finally lost a Yellow ProV1 today that had seen 47 holes and still looked great…within 3 holes the TP5 was showing the white through the yellow after a few wedge shots!!

Think I’ll be sticking to ProV1 when these TP5’s are done!!

TP5 seems to be painted whereas the ProV1 seems to be a yellow cover??

I use my discarded balls for my cold weather golf, whenever it's in 50's or colder.

When I'm done with my balls during regular golf season, I'll put them in a bucket then clean them up in the fall before using them whenever it's cold or casual golf in winter. However, if I have a tourney or money games in winter, I'll use my new balls.

Agreed.  Probably the best set of public courses in the country.  #18 is indeed a beast.  They just redid the greens on the Links course, too.  They are close to unplayable.  Almost impossible to hold the green on any approach shot longer than 150yds.  Couple that with US Open-length rough, and you are in for a very long day.  I've only played the course twice since it reopened in September, but I shot 10 strokes higher than my normal score.

Ross Bridge is 8,191 yards from the tips, not that I play from the tips.  I'd love to see the pros play a tournament at that course.  Haven't played Cambrian.

Yeah, we usually play Ross Bridge from a mix of orange and white.  But we played it a couple years ago from the Purple.  What a disaster that was.  Gotta love hitting a 4 hybrid approaches on par 4's.

Silver Lakes  has the Mindbreaker and Heartbreaker courses that will leave you scratching your head too.

Also, my home course Oxmoor Valley has the Ridge Course which is challenging from the Orange and Purple.  Strictly on yardage it isn't intimidating, but with all the elevation changes, it will wear you out if your irons aren't spot on.
