No right answer: Best irons ever?

Really hard to nail down 1 set for different reasons.  For nostalgia, I would say mp-14’s.  They were my first real set of irons until they were stolen from me.  If not for that, I would still have them.

However, as of right now, the Srixon zx7’s are quickly positioning themselves to be that set. Incredibly impressed!

As someone who's owned 4 sets of them I can agree, I've tried everything.

Was the 712 CB........now its the 2021 T100-S.........nothing better in all the yesrs ive played and tested clubs

The 712 CB are beautiful clubs. Had my best ever range session with those, absolutely flushed everything. Had to let them go unfortunately as thought I needed something more forgiving, turns out I didn't!

Shouldn't you be playin them if you think they're the best......  Ok I give ya some room if you can't get your hands on them or their too expensive whatever..... But for guys to say oh these clubs are the Best ever from 25 years ago.... oh ya then go to Ebay drop your $200 and play em.... oh ya there not the best are they!

Oh and this just in the Ping Eye 2's are not the best ever.... how many pros are playin them..... not 1  How many of you playin them..... not 1 🐑🦆🐓

Titleist 962b are my favorites of all time- still have a “few” sets. Playing a quite nice graphite shafted set of another iron due to some inflammation in elbow, yet the 962b could eventually end up back in bag with an appropriate reshaft.

What was the name of that company who used to make decent irons but now all they make are tennis shoes?   🙂

    • Sony Open Pics from January 11, 2022 Part 1
I was able to get out to the Sony Open today to take a few pics.  I guess due to Covid precautions they kept the spectators pretty far from the players.  Also due to camera restrictions they've put in place, I wasn't able to bring the big lens like I normally do. Hopefully they'll ease up on the ropes and I'll be able to get more pics tomorrow!
