Mevo+ extended support

Hi,

 

I've been offered extended support on a Mevo+ for compensation on the current poor delivery experience (to the UK). 

 

It looks like FS send devices direct in the UK to get around changes to tax/import from the EU. This sounds like a good idea, however they have sub contracted this out it appears.

 

The process has involved Ordering the device on the 26th October, never seemed to arrive, I chased and it had been sent to the wrong address, it went back and sat in the post office for a week while they sent out letters to an address on my road to try and hunt down it was me and notify the package was in depot.

 

Then chased and had this resolved (took me two days to track Flight scope down) and they sent out again to the wrong address and a MEVO not a Mevo+!!!

 

That went back, another two days....YET AGAIN, a Mevo sent to the wrong address.

 

I'm getting very annoyed now, they've offered me Extended warranty as compensation for the experience and "Something else" which I have no idea yet what it is....

Is the Extended support bought here by anyone or just a load of baloney?

What an ordeal. Ugh. I have no idea what extended support is. Hope they can make up some lost ground with this mysterious "something else". Could suggest to them an extra 20% off the pro package if you were planning on getting it.

Probably some metallic stickers?

 

I think the fact they've subcontracted fulfilment is the problem. 

 

Communication options with them is a bit limited, but they are new to the B2C channel so I can get this.
