I can add it next time, you can download it all onto Iphone, however i have a Pixel. So if i can do it on Android i will to make it easier

 

This time i literally just took screenshots. Mostly i just wanted to have a baseline on my 2 existing irons.

 

The real fun stuff will begin when i get the blades!

Another interesting thing is i could've sworn i hit my Pings higher--However i was really hitting it solid today and the numbers do not back that up

 

Despite the lower lofts, my launch with the Cobras tended to peak higher especially with the 5 iron. You could set your watch to the G410 launches.

 

I guess that is a result of the Modus 130s doing their thing.

 

Will be very interesting to see my launch with the 0211/Elevate Tour combo.

Haha- I typically go for 1 season with my novelty headcovers, so will probably go with the Wu Tang ones this year. Though my friend has dared me to get a custom Canadian election headcover like a blue "Kim Campbell '93" and use that. I am honestly considering it for the sheer hilarity (you have to be from Canada and over like 40 to get it--But she took one of the worst L's in Canadian history)

 

To answer your other question, height is really important to me with the longer irons because my course (27 holes) has 7 par 3s and 6 of them can play over 200yds. We also have 3 par 4's that play over 450. So i hit a lot of 4 and 5 irons. A few of the holes mention require forced carries.

 

So launch and peak height with 4-5 irons is really important

The numbers you posted for the forged tech’s are impressive!  So consistent with yardage and spin rates.  My cousin plays them and plays them very well.  Such a good ball flight for a forgiving iron.  Actually thinking about putting my 15 year old son in a set as he is finally showing some interests in playing this wonderful game.

Still waiting on my 0211's. Hoping to have them soon. After visiting the US for a little over a week , i've gotten a few range sessions in since coming back....i'm not sure my ballstriking has ever been better than it is right now

 

If i was ever gonna play blades, now is the time. Very excited to get my PXGs and start hitting the trackman

What are your gaps like between these? I ask because mine are a little wonky unless I drop the Takomo 4 iron and that just feels weird. I added a 48* at the other end with the 44* PW. But the 4 is 20.5*, so it makes my 3 GAPR a little pointless.

Honestly they look better in person than photos. Very very sexy looking club.

 

The cavity/cutout part of the club doesn't stand out as much in person. I find in the pictures it looks a bit odd. But in person not as much.

So a couple of notes.

 

1) I was super excited to hit these, and now our fuhre...sorry, premier of Quebec has a press conference tonight to announce "Operation Shutdown 2: Electric Boogaloo" . So hopefully i will have a chance to get on that trackman in the near future.

 

2) The irons are not SUPER small. I'd compare them more to like a micro cavity in size than a true blade. Probably more like a 921 tour or T100 than a small blade. Honestly the 4 iron is the only club i'm a little concerned about

 

So, hopefully i get to hit these, otherwise the only thing i'll be reviewing this winter is my new, top secret putter that i can't talk about

As a fellow Canadian (BC) who just received their 0211ST's yesterday, I sincerely hope you get a chance to hit them soon.

 

I've played blades for 6+ years now, and these are really great irons.  It helps that I love the stock elevate tour shaft, but I also find the head shape and size very pleasing to the eye.

 

I went through about 100 balls yesterday and am itching to play this weekend.  They aren't as soft as my mizuno mp68's, but not in a bad way - more similar to my P7TW in feel with a solid, deep thud when pured.  I hit a couple thin (as I always do from a mat) and they didn't punish the hands even at a balmy 7°.  If I thinned one in those conditions with my old Nike VR pros I'd still be feeling it today 😬  Not sure if it's more from the head or the vibration dampening in the shaft, but either way I like it.

 

Looking forward to your comparisons.

Well at least he ate the box. I had some stuff come the other day and my wife put it in the corner for me when I came home. She said our 15 month old Frenchie sniffed it and determined it was nothing to eat and promptly peed on it.
