Do I need a full swing rebuild or can I fix any issues that I have?

You don't want to see the local pro because of negative feedback.  I get that.  

 

Would you ask for random advice from random people at your local driving range regardless of skill level, knowledge base and experience?  

 

Online Lessons is a good way to go and time zones won't conflict.  

 

Monte and Dan are big contributors on this site.  And were just listed in Golf Digest top instructors for their state.

Top players have  lateral movement of their pelvis/ hips at the beginning of their backswing , but this movement is slight , around an inch  , and is over by the time the hands reach their trail leg. After that the movement is only “rotation “ during the rest of the backswing .

Move the ball up in stance to be just in front of sternum (just on left pec for irons)

On the back swing feel like there’s no slide for weight transfer and just rotation ?

understand what you are saying but for some people (like me) a forum works very well. Opinions dont differ nearly as much as you are making out, they are all usually saying similar things but in different ways.

You can play it somewhat back. You are set up in your heels at address. Been there and it causes a host of issues. Fixing that will fix other things.

3 suggested drills

A.Setup with a slight shoulder tilt and some right knee brace. Then turn your shoulders . Some , but not all of the brace of your right knee should be maintained .Some space should open up at your right hip at the top. ( Peter Finch Golf)

B. Place  an alignment rod at a slight angle close to your right hip. Then turn back without hitting the alignment rod . Again some space should open up at your right hip.This  can be done with or without a club(Scratch Golf Academy)

C. Right pocket back. Pull out the inside of your right pocket.As you turn back this inside of your right pocket should disappear( Golf shorts-Justin Klemballa)

Thank you for all the replies. I’ll work on just a couple of things and try and put up some more swings in a couple of weeks. 
Stand correct distance from ball

Ball can be a bit further forward in stance

Less sway in hips during back swing and work on getting club face squared earlier
