General swing help/suggestions

Here is a video of my swing with numbers from my Flightscope Mevo. This was pretty good contact for me and representative of about 50% of my shots (although I think it might be getting even more consistent).

 

Things to know:

a) ball flight is not exactly representative because I was hitting into a pretty good wind (10-15 mph, storm moving through this week).

 

b) stupidly pulled a lower back muscle earlier hitting my pw because I didn’t warm up enough so there may or may not be some things showing in the swing because of that but I still tried to record a decent swing to upload here. 

 

Thank you for the help and especially if you have some drills you like that help with the flaws you see I would be extra appreciative!

Hip stall  and rib cage stall at impact and beyond  1st and 2nd still. 
 

This is a result of your right elbow being in a position at the top where it is very difficult to get on and in front your right hip

 

The genesis to your problems lies in your takeaway and early backswing 3rd still. 
At this point the shaft of your club points well to the right of your target , your rear leg is almost straight , your front leg is far too bent and considerable space has opened up between your knees. 

You need to do two things to correct these issues

1. you need to take the club head straight back from the ball for at least the first 12 inches and possibly the first 18 inches . A small box can be used as a training aid. Just keep the toe of the club lightly touching the box for 12-18 inches . Your goal is to have the shaft parallel to the target line at this point . 
2. You need to straighten your rear leg much less and retain more of the brace of your rear knee to the point where no space between your knees can be seen in a dtl video

 
After you have corrected these issues , you can progress to correcting your transition ; to try to do so without correcting the positions shown in the 3rd still would be counterproductive .
